RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with equity terminals to review operating and financial performances
• Assist to set, monitor terminals' KPIs to understand the performance gaps
• Prepare and present regular updates on the performance of the terminals, its related projects and/or ongoing discussions
• Review terminals’ annual budget including capital expenditure plans and assist to obtain Management approvals
• Review terminals' existing processes for opportunities to improve and implement best practices and work across departments to manage various aspects of termina
• Initiate feasibility studies for investments or long-term partnerships with operators and develop business plan and financial models for investment/divestment projects
• Review current portfolio of terminals to determine consolidation and/or divestment opportunities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Operations Assistant Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1) Customer Service

· Attend to all walk-in potential customers and existing parents, phone calls and emails promptly and professionally

· Handle registration of new students, attend to requests pertaining to change of courses and time slots by existing students/parents, handle termination of courses by existing students

· Upkeep of Centre’s student management system and perform audit of system regularly

· Preparation of sales presentation kits

· Training of new and existing customer service executive

2) Administration

· Prepare invoices and handle payment collection

· Prepare debtors listings and send reminders for late payment

· Maintain petty cash and prepare daily collection report

· Assist the operation manager manager with resource management and team management

· Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the operations manager.

3) Support for Operations Manager

· Work with various stakeholders to resolve any conflicts or issues

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1) Qualifications:

• At least Diploma in any discipline (Full time)
• Experience: Prior customer service-related job experience is needed

2) Working hours:

• Weekdays (10.20 am to 7.20 pm), Weekends (8.30 am to 6.30 pm) with lunch and dinner break.
• The selected candidate is expected to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend or 3 weekdays and 2 weekends.

3) Gross monthly Salary: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00

4) Language abilities: Must be able to converse in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the Chinese speaking parents

5) Computer literacy skills: MS Office, Zoom, Google Drive, AI-generative apps
