Our client, a global leader in real estate and workplace management, is seeking a skilled professional to manage critical facilities operations (Data Centers). This role involves leading preventative and reactive maintenance programs, ensuring statutory and contractual compliance, and overseeing the operation of plant, mechanical, and electrical systems. You will address critical failures, coordinate with the Engineering Team, and manage a multidisciplinary team of staff and vendors to uphold operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site operations, including hiring, training, and developing site technicians and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with KPIs, uptime requirements, and financial targets using the CMMS platform.
- Conduct site reviews covering maintenance, equipment, security, Tier adherence, and operational risks.
- Oversee subcontractor activities to ensure quality, timely completion, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor contractor performance and address any gaps against contractual standards.
- Lead meetings with contractors and vendors to maintain performance and implement improvements.
- Support statutory compliance, asset updates in CMMS, and effective documentation for asset management.
- Provide engineering advice and ensure incident management aligns with approved procedures.
- Participate in client meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in mechanical, electrical, or operational engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Tier III or equivalent data centre or critical facility operations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant data centre certifications and experience with continuous improvement practices.
