We are seeking a manager to oversee the production operations of motor controllers, including printed circuit board assembly, and ensure alignment with company objectives and global headquarters. This role requires leadership in managing teams, optimizing manufacturing processes, maintaining equipment reliability, and implementing production plans to meet business goals.
