This role sits under Payment Operations organisation supporting Product teams ensure that new and current products, features and processes scale efficiently and securely.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Operations Team

• Supply Chain / Delivery Optimization:
  Analyze supply chain / delivery processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  Develop and implement strategies to streamline supply chain operations and optimize inventory management. i.e centralised and distribution model for our card manufacturing footprint
  Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery experience for our customers surrounding speed, transparency and cost.
• Contract Negotiation:
  Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and conditions.
  Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure contracts are compliant and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Vendor Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering collaboration and driving performance improvements.
  Monitor vendor performance against key metrics and SLAs, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  Conduct regular vendor reviews and assessments to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to analyze supply chain data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards on supply chain performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Risk Management:
  Identify potential risks and disruptions within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  Monitor market trends, geopolitical factors, and other external influences that may affect supply chain operations.
• Provide operational support
  Work closely with our Cards Operations team to orchestrate the seamless flow of logistics and daily processes to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of cards to our customers
  Act as the first level escalation point from Operational teams if they are facing blockers on delivery operational matters

A bit about you:

• You are a Singaporean Citizen/ Permanent Resident of Singapore
• You have excellent written and verbal English skills

• You hold a strong understanding of the logistics domain and execution of the delivery supply chain and its related tools that could streamline transportation and inventory maintenance
• You’re well-experienced in global vendor management. You have worked with vendors that are located in or one that serves multiple countries. You are able to ensure alignment and foster closer collaboration between organisation and vendors
• You possess strong analytical skills by using data-driven insights for process optimization. You define your priorities according to data and customer needs. Before you start a project you understand what success looks like and track your progress towards this vision.
• You have relevant experience working in operations and led cross functional projects that drive efficiency and scaling of manual work

Commercial Component Sales Manager - ASEAN

What you’ll achieve

In this role as ASEAN Partner Manager on our Commercial Component partner management organization you will serve as the key member to onboard new partners and manage current partner business for our world-class Server CPU range (EPYC and Ryzen Servers). This role will focus on “Sell In” to our key Distributors in the region as well as plan and manage “Sell Thru” of inventory to our partner community across the region. This position requires a solid understanding of “System Builder” / System Integrator channels, the ability to develop meaningful relationship across multiple functions, and a keen attention to detail. You will be responsible for identifying and developing programs designed to produce marketing and sales opportunities that satisfy partner, customer and company needs. Must be comfortable working in a self-directed, matrixed environment and independently execute marketing and sales deliverables.

You will:

· Serve as partner management “expert” for AMD Server CPU range across partner ASEAN, working in close collaboration with Business Unit Team for pricing coordination.

· Develop and grow strong relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, sales, and partner management teams to help further the partner relationships and joint marketing opportunities.

· Define, share and develop AMD and partner priorities and opportunities.

· Identify internal and external engagement cadence for segments and partners.

· Own and meet quarterly and yearly metrics and goals; includes working closely with operational teams on tracking pricing and sales execution.

· Build plans and ensure execution of programs in cooperation with segment marketing needs.

· Ensure alignment between company and partners, including consistency and governance for regional partner programs and KPI standards.

· Work with and support the broader ApeJ Alliances and Partner Management team to ensure financial and priority alignment

· Responsible for Sales & Business Development including new account development

· Develop Sales Plan and collaborate with internal team on delivery

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or IT
