- 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in community partnership and fundraising in social service agencies/IPC charities preferred

Responsibilities:

• Check/develop electrical engineering on single line diagram, equipment selection, commissioning, and handover of project
• Understand SCADA system to monitor M&E equipment migration/replacement and troubleshooting
• Organize and lead the interface review meetings with internal and external parties
• Identify critical areas and potential conflicts relating to interfaces and project budgetary
• Work with internal stakeholders and coordinate the requirements with specialist contractors to produce control logic

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, recognised by PEB Singapore
• At least 3 years’ experience in the operation of mechanical or MEP system
• Familiar with the electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment, including feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS/STS unit, PDU/PMM unit, chillers, air handling unit and CRAC unit
• Able to work independently and under pressure to ensure good site progress
• Good safety knowledge and attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills and ability to liaise with the authorities

- Organise mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment

- Organise and deployment of workers

- Monitor the site activities and project progression

- Prepare weekly and monthly progression reports

- Manage material requisition and cost control

- Keep proper documentation of all staff and work-related matters

- Update detailed reports and records of completed activities

- Attend daily meetings

- Understand AUTO CAD or BIM
