Key Responsibilities:

SOP Development & Implementation:

• Plan and allocate manpower efficiently across job sites to meet client requirements while ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Budgeting & Cost Management:

• Manage budgets for hazardous waste operations, ensuring costs remain within defined limits.

• Ensure compliance with all Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and hazardous waste management standards across all assigned sites.
• Maintain up-to-date records of safety meetings, staff inductions, and any required documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
  

Operational Efficiency & Improvement:

• Continuously review operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, service delivery, and compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in hazardous waste management operations.

The Role

Our team is small, so you will need to be flexible, pragmatic and solutions oriented.  You will be responsible for investment administration, specifically investment performance reporting, investment execution and custodian management.  Main responsibilities include:

Investment Performance Reporting

·         Prepare standard monthly performance reports including collation of external investment manager reports and valuation

Job Overview:
The People Specialist will be responsible for a range of HR, payroll, and administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of operations. This role involves assisting with payroll processing, HR operations, office management, employee onboarding and offboarding, and compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines. The People Specialist will support both operational and HR teams to ensure all functions are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations and Administration:

• Assist with the full spectrum of HR operations and administrative tasks.
