The incumbent will play an integral role in designing hospital infrastructure for the various types of Crisis (e.g. Civil Emergency, disease outbreak, mass casualty incidents) and management of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the hospital. In addition, the candidate will develop strategies and formulate policies and training programs to support the hospitals emergency preparedness across all departments within the institutions. Training and mentorship on crisis planning will be provided to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders and contractors to ensure necessary infrastructure provision and installations are made to support various emergency scenarios.
• Implement and maintain global centralized information repository on emergency response infrastructure, operation manuals, and response plans,
• Plan, review and coordinate emergency responses and crisis management activities to ensure operational response readiness for civil emergency, disease outbreaks/ pandemic, terror-related, and other emergencies,
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to develop and establish business continuity plans and emergency response plans,

• Establish Emergency Management awareness and training programs that comprises engagement, training, exercises, so that all clinical and non-clinical departments and their staff know and buy-in to their roles,
• Work closely and as part of the command, control, & communications, surge capacity and bed management, security, safety, information technology, and fire teams, and subsequently form an ideal organization structure incorporating emergency preparedness
• Support planning and procurement of EP equipment, including development of maintenance regime and ensuring the readiness state,
• Plan, implement and coordinate on the setup of hospital capacity and crisis operation and related developments during peacetime and crisis management,
• Act as the main point of contact for all Emergency Planning (EP) related matters for internal stakeholders and external agencies (ie Ministry of Health’s Crisis Strategy and Operations Group),
• Support the Responsible Person in planning for the Hospital Protected Vital Facility and related responsibilities during National Emergencies,
• Provide secretariat support for Emergency Planning-related meetings and track matters arising, project timelines and updates, and

Weeks 1-2:
- Be put through the customer journey
- Introduction to the different product lines and designs we offer
- Learn about the different types of fabrics, and the various fabric suppliers that we work with
- Learn about the nuances of fabric buying and our inventory tracking process
- Learn about various considerations in the order form preparation
- Review common mistakes that could be made during order form preparation

Weeks 3-4:
- Be introduced to our production partners, and learn their unique work flows
- Deep dive into the existing processes that we use to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Learn about our quality control framework so that you can conduct styles and measurements checks of all clothes, to ensure our standards are upheld

Weeks 5-6:
- Learning how to use the software to arrange international delivery
- Learning our basic customer success framework which will help prepare you to respond to customers’ order-related enquiries

Weeks 7-8:
- A review of what was taught to you from week 1 to 6 will be done, to see what areas you’d need more guidance with
- You will make a list of processes that require improvement, after which we will discuss and work on the more important processes
