We need someone who can juggle schedules, support our pilates instructors and personal trainers, look after our center, and assist our physiotherapist clients with the utmost care. What You’ll Do:

• Handle our reception operations greeting all members and ensuring complete and accurate data entry and session recording • Coordinate and manage schedules for freelance instructors and personal trainers, ensuring smooth and consistent class offerings

• Work with the General Manager, Instructors and Personal Trainers to create engaging, authentic and educational content for social media and support in sharing user generated content daily

• Attend to membership and customer service enquiries, assisting potential and current members with information, selling memberships and resolving any complaints with professionalism and care

• Oversee scheduling and pre-post client care for our physio services, providing a warm and supportive experience for our patients

• Handle day-to-day operational tasks and basic center upkeep to ensure our center is running smoothly and safely - from tracking attendance to handling client inquiries to basic maintenance procedures

Requirements:

3. Possess innovative thinking and acute market insight, with a high sensitivity to customer experience.

Job Summary:
The Scientific Officer conducts surveillance and outbreak investigations, designs and supervises experiments, and leads projects related to public health. They will develop new diagnostic methods, analyze data, supervise staff, and write reports and publications. The role involves both management and lab work, including collaboration with internal and external teams.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Specific:

1. Develops and maintains lab tests for surveillance and outbreak investigations.
2. Compiles and submits surveillance reports.
3. Supervises medical technologists and graduate students, addressing technical issues and ensuring quality control.

5. Assists in coordinating outbreak investigations with the Deputy/HOD and MOH.
