RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setup sound, light, and video systems for events (both at Singapore EXPO and external venue), ensuring proper configuration and functionality.
• Conduct thorough pre-checks to ensure sound, light, and video systems and logistical requirements for all events are met.
• Standby and manning of sound, light, and video systems for rehearsals and during event days.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during events.
• Recover and account for all AV equipment after events, ensuring proper storage and handling.
• Perform periodic maintenance on sound, light, and video equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Assist in annual stock-takes of all AV equipment and update inventory records accurately.
• Prepare event directional and digital room signage according to event requirements.
• Prepare car park and cleaning work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform daily inspections to ensure meeting rooms are ready for use.
• Conduct joint inspections with event organizers for handover and takeover of venue spaces.

Investment Operations/Business Development Executive

As an Investment Operations/Business Development Executive, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations in the investment portfolios and funds managed by the Company including trade placement and/or execution, cash management, and performance reporting.
