Responsibilities:

• Technical Infrastructure Operations Lead having experience with Patching operations (CVE Assessment, Patching baseline, ops framework) across technologies like Windows/ ESXi/ Linux/ Unix/Network/ Middleware/ OCP/ Desktop, etc.
• Proficient in few of the above-mentioned technologies.
• Able to handle 30-member team and multiple customer stakeholders.
• Experience with SLA Management, reporting. Good in Oral and presentation skills.
• Documenting all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response.
• Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
• Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.
• Proactively monitor and resolve infrastructure service issues prior to escalation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 to 20 years of relavant experience.
• Proven experience with SCCM or other patching tools.
• Change and incident management processes.
• Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Manage daily operations and resolve day-to-day operational issues.

- Oversee and execution of operational processes in a correct, cost-effective and timely manner in-line with the Company’s SOP

- Control, review and manage operational costs

- Ensure that all operational issues and emergencies are promptly attended to and rectified with minimal impact on outlets' operations

- Liaise with landlords, MCST, contractors and relevant authorities to ensure jobs are carried out in accordance with the timeline

- Co-ordinate M&E or Fit-out projects for existing and new outlets

- Conduct regular audits

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Resposibilities:

-Take charge of daily operational matters of the outlet and ensure smooth operations flow

-Uphold and enforce Company’s Rules & Regulations

-Supervise on the operational effectiveness & service standards of Tenants and Employees

-Prompt follow-up and working alongside with Tenants and staffs on various requests, sales and promotional activities and campaigns

-Conduct routine outlet Hygiene Checks and Inventory Checks

-Maintain good standards of outlet’s overall aesthetics (Food/Stall Display) and grooming standards of staff

-Any other duties as assigned by your immediate superior

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in a relevant field.

2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics with FMCG background.

3. Bilingual,strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of management.

4. Microsoft Navision software knowledge.
