Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of command within FMC, coordinating responses to critical system issues and managing communications with relevant stakeholders.
• To identify the root cause for alarm/alert generated from the monitoring workstations.
• Manage and lead a team of shift technicians in facility management and operation of the assigned site.
• Plan and execute with relevant teams or contractors of the corrective maintenance.
• Provide positive and professional working relationship with internal team and stakeholders/clients.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team within the Fault Management Centre and with other departments.
• On daily basis, to follow up on anomalies or fault detected from the use of BMS/working monitoring workstations (critical system such as HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm etc)
• Collaborate and communicate effectively all facilities team, providing updates on system health.
• Track and analyse recurring faults or issues in BMS and other monitoring systems to identify patterns.
• Use trend date to provide insights on system vulnerabilities and potential areas for improvement.
• Work with preventive maintenance team to implement preventive measures to reduce fault occurrence.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering; Facilities Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in building or facilities management, preferably with exposure to BMS, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Alarm systems.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly diagnose faults.
• Ability to work independently and response to incidents calmly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

· Operate and monitor process plant, relevant marine and utility systems in accordance with operating procedures and as directed by the Central Control Room and Facility Supervisors

· Identify and report operational deviations to facility management.

· Identify and report process, utility or marine system problems requiring maintenance intervention.

· Carry out housekeeping, routine cleaning including pressure washing and de-greasing of equipment and deck areas, waste collection and disposal.

· Carry out first line maintenance on process and utility systems in accordance with operating procedures.

· Support the preparation of equipment and systems for safe handover to maintenance and safe reinstatement and testing thereafter.

· Take samples from the process and utility systems under the direction of the Laboratory Technician.

· Assist the Laboratory Technician in sample analysis; undergo training in laboratory duties as required.

· Liaise with other departments for coordination of maintenance activities.

· Inform Senior Technicians / Supervisors / OIM of any issues relating to safety or facility operability.

· Identify and report equipment faults and breakdowns and use IFS to generate corrective work orders if required.

· Responsible to provide clear and concise daily work logs that have occurred during the shift and give a comprehensive handover to back-to-backs of all events and information relevant to time on duty. This will include an update on all changes in plant conditions, changes and additions to standing and daily instructions and, as required, the status of work permits within assigned area. Handovers are regarded as critical to the safe operation of the FPSO systems and equipment

· Assist in any other work as directed by facility management.

· Participate in the Emergency preparedness drills, safety meetings, and on the job training as required.

About the Role:

• Assist with preparing pre-qualification documents for tenders and inquires.
• Register leads/opportunities in Engage and maintain to current status, when required.
• Follow up on quotations/proposals from identified vendors/sub-contractors.
• Working with the operation team and updating the finance file for monthly forecasts of secured contracts and ad hoc opportunities.
• Support the operation team for Ad hoc quotations, review the quotation with Team leaders for customer submissions, follow up with customers for conversion to POs, and collect the work completion DO from Team leaders. Submit the ad hoc BR with the HOD approval and submit admin for invoicing.
• Collect the completed contract PM/ASD service report, review it, and work with the HOD to improve it. Submit the contract BR with the HOD approval and submit admin for invoicing
• Support vendor follow-up quotations for ad hoc jobs and contract renewal.
• Vendor management and maintain the shared booth.
• Overtime review of both contract and ad hoc as per planned BTR (Costing sheet).
• Ops SharePoint management with Team Leaders - contract document, BTR, completed service report, leave planning and standby, Ad hoc status, and Finance forecast and results.
• Manage order processing and collaborate with operations/project teams to ensure smooth execution of newly secured orders

About You:

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales support and operations roles is an advantage.
• Proficiency in preparing pre-qualification documents for tenders and inquiries.
• Familiarity with financial forecasting for secured contracts and ad hoc opportunities.
