Job Description & Requirements

• Perform Hands On pest control work on customer's sites.

• Attend to Clients' complaints on pest issues and understand the potential causes of pests' activities

1. PRIMARY FUNCTION

Work closely with the General Manager for the daily operations, manpower management, marketing and sales and profitability of all outlets.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations

-Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures

-Responsible for staff rostering to ensure adequate manpower across outlets

-Influencing and decision making on aspects such as recruitment, discipline, termination of employment and performance assessment

-Perform outlet inspection at least once a week

Sales and Profit

-Responsible for the Sales and Profit performance of every outlet

-Responsible for outlets’ petty cash expenditure

-Monitor and be responsible for outlets’ maintenance and repair costs

-Ensure proper cash handling controls such as accurate daily cash reports, change funds and petty cash funds.

Marketing

-Monitor and track industry and market trends as well as consumer spending habits; develop and present action plans to achieve and/or exceed sales forecast

-Ensure smooth implementation of new products, promotions and other sales and marketing activities through proper planning, organization and coordination of activities.

-Maintain a record of each outlet’s sales trend before, during and after the launch of any marketing activity

-Serves as a quality controller for all signage, posters and decoration of the outlets to ensure that they are aligned with the company’s branding.

Recruitment

-Recruit employees through an objective selection and interview process

As a sales person, you should be able to first understand the different yoga classes and the benefits of yoga. You will have to be able to pitch to new comers and close the membership according. As an Admin staff, you should be able to schedule yoga classes on the branded app and assist clients with class issues. You will also assist on other matters like payslips and attendance.

• Development of new products.
• Research, test, and implement new recipes, process improvements, and project cost savings.

Your responsibilities as experienced contract manager

• Following project award, providing contractual and commercial support on a pro-active basis during the preparation and execution of complex  projects.
• Developing and implementing a proper project administration, including the administration of variation orders and claims.
• Ensure the proper and timely submission of contract deliverables in relation to the main contract and  subcontracts.
• Reviewing documents, such as but not limited to: joint venture or consortium agreements,  main contracts, subcontracts and variation orders.
• Drafting and reviewing of (covering) letters, variation orders and claims addressed to or received from partners, client and subcontractors.
• Proactively contributing in all required contract and / or subcontract negotiations during the execution phase of a project.

• Increasing contractual awareness within the project team and supporting and developing expertise within the legal & contract management department.

Your qualities and experience
You can move ahead as experienced  contract manager, if you have:

• Master / bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, (civil) engineering, law or related field.
• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience in a similar role on Singapore marine or land infrastructure/ construction projects.
• Knowledge in PSSCOC is required and knowledge in international construction contracts such as FIDIC / LOGIC contracts is an advantage.
