JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for managing and ensuring that all regional logistics services and capabilities needed to support Jabil’s operations and Customer programs are fully efficient and effective. This position is a member of the global logistics team and participates in formulating global and regional logistics strategy. Success in this position requires experience in deep and broad logistics knowledge, skill sets and practicing experience; as well as team management, managing multiple projects simultaneously, implementing and driving change, detail orientation, strong analytical skills, market industry knowledge, customer focus and sound judgment. The person in this position must have strong team leadership, facilitation and communication skills and an ability to work in a matrix organization and under constant tight /compressed time lines environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide in region logistics leadership for all Jabil logistics and trade compliance operations, guidance and strategy

· Formulate logistics strategy in support of business unit and site requirements.

· Manage, coach and mentor regional logistics team and site logistics managers.

· Provide guidance and direction to carrier mangers in regional carrier selection and negotiations.

· Manage; multi task and lead multiple projects simultaneously.

· Work in coordination with the other Regional Managers in formulating strategy and capabilities to

provide logistics support for cross regional operations.

· Develop and drive productivity initiatives for both in region and cross region operations.

· Ensure achieving and delivering regional logistics performances/KPIs

· Support customer sales initiatives and customer accounts.

· Lead dedicated customer logistics activity.

· Drive team productivity.

· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

· Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry (all transportation and

inter-modal logistics modes as well as Contract /WH-Hubbing Logistics)

· Carrier and 3PL management experience

· Strong proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company’s business goals and

objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.

· Strong financial and analytical ability. Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine

optimum company footprint.

· Strong knowledge of regional direct and indirect taxes as well as regional customs regimes.

· Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and

managing continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.

· Knowledge and experience in other key commercial/business elements; including general legal framework of business; contract of affreightment; commercial/INCO terms; region’s in - countries logistics bond zones and schemes, will be highly desirable

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree required, Post Graduate degree in SCM/Logistics will be preferable

· Plus 7 - 10 years of significant international and regional logistics experience.

The Digital Marketing Manager to be responsible for sustaining and driving the digital marketing plans for Raffles Hotel Singapore and its business units including platforms such as Luxury Consortias, Online Travel Agents (OTA) and Global Distribution System (GDS) as well as provide timely update on hotel developments to all relevant partners.  The role also encompasses the management of all hotel websites, social media channels, hotel online reputation tools as well as to manage the hotel’s influencer engagement programme.

Primary Responsibilities

Drives Digital Marketing Plans For Hotel

• Assists to strategise and execute the hotel’s digital marketing communication plan.
• Ensures high performance on digital campaigns through effective data analytics.
• Supports corporate and brand on digital marketing initiatives.
• Supports hotel’s operations with cross marketing opportunities, leveraging on hotel and brand databases.

Management Of Websites And Microsites

• Manages vendors to ensure delivery of website enhancements and best-in-class customer journeys
• Manages content for hotel main website, microsite and standalone websites for Food and Beverage outlets, Arcade and Spa.
• Ensures SEO and SEM synergies across all websites.
• Drive e-commerce through data analytics and marketing strategies.

Develop Marketing Plans For Luxury Consortias, OTAS And GDS

• Works hand in hand with Revenue Management on management of OTAs communications.
• Oversees collaborations and maximises marketing opportunities with Luxury Consortias, ensuring accurate and timely communications onto platforms.

Drives Social Media Awareness

• Manages, supervises and/or create content for all of the hotel’s social media platforms and drive engagement.
• Management of social media agencies to ensure optimisation of content engagement. 
• Develops a social media influencer programme for all areas of the hotel.
• Identifies potential social media influencers and executes programme to drive hotel’s awareness in the social media space.

Manages Hotel’s Online Reputation 

• Oversees online reputation management through reviewing responses for hotel across multiple platforms in a timely manner.

Other Responsibilities

• Reviews and identifies digital partnership opportunities to support hotel’s operations and business objectives.
• Manages digital reporting tools for hotel and communicates reports internally as well as supervising action plans for improvements where needed.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you lead the growth and development digital marketing vision and strategy to secure COS Online growth and amplify our digital presence in SEA + HKTW. In this role, you create an alignment between commercial and inspirational brand experiences at every digital touch point, driving results to optimise sales, consumer engagement, brand awareness, acquisition and retention

What you will do:

• Lead the development of the in-market Digital Marketing plans aligned with Regional and Global strategy covering key and new online markets.
• Responsible for driving and converting traffic to cosstores.com and Marketplace – Zalora in SEA + HK TW
• Drive customer acquisition and retention programme across all channels in alignment with the brand​
• Collaborate within the Regional Digital Marketing Team, creating an efficient—and informative--workflow towards the set long--and short--term goals and overall KPIs, with a focus on traffic, conversion and revenue​
• Work with External Agencies, e-Commerce Enabler and Global Site team to improve and evolve measurement, tracking, and data​
• Co-create with key central stakeholders and departments to ensure strategic ambitions are met and relevant company goals are factored into digital marketing
• Analyse results weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually, following up and taking actions according to the business needs to drive the channels
• Comprehensive knowledge across all digital marketing channels including email, PPC, SEO, Programmatic Advertising, Affiliates and Social​

As a Digital Experience Manager, will be the expert in experience optimization, leading the functions of site content, online visual merchandising, digital copywriting and customer insight/behaviour analytics for COS online stores in SEA +HKTW. You will focus on the constant optimization/enhance of customer journey on sites, and make sure COS Brand ID and all detailed product information is well delivered to the customers.  

You will also be responsible for customer behaviour study by data analytics. 

What you will do: 

• Responsible for curating the digital experience of COS.com for the Southeast Asian markets, in addition to the Zalora SEA + HKTW marketplace. 

• Understand the product and marketing focuses from the Global and local Merchandising and Marketing Team, and lead DX team in seamlessly translating these insights into our website including but not limited to site content, visual communication and product presentation, thereby optimizing online selling. 

• Ensure that the COS e-commerce platform stays in line with COS aesthetics, visually balance the collection of products based on commerciality, branding, and seasonal trends 

• Constantly improve/optimize the online visual experience and drive the relevant KPI based on site performance data and customer behaviour 

• Understand the online customer’s expectations through behaviour & data analysis, and plan for the constant improvement of UX/website functionality by working closely with IT Team. 

• Build up both short-term and long-term strategies for A/B testing, personalization and other digital projects that are associated with the goals of customer acquisition and retention 

• Collaborate within your E-Commerce team to establish a customer journey that drives profitable E-Commerce selling towards the set targets and goals 

• Work closely and cross-functionally with other key online functions such as Digital Marketing and Online Merchandising to initiate local commercial plan to drive online business 

• Work closely with both internal and external business partner/agencies to secure the on-time and precise launch of all online products and content 

As the E-Commerce Manager, you are responsible for the sales performance, customer experience, and the overall profitability of COS online store in SEA +HKTW 

In this role, you lead the E-Commerce Team to ensure the runs in the most efficient way. You conduct the strategic planning and all operational as well as commercial activities. 

What you will do: 

• Responsible for defining and developing COS digital sales strategy for your market in cohesion with the overall seamless sales strategy and the COS brand vision 

• Enhance the online store customer experience in your market, to increase selling and online growth 

• Collaborate within the E-commerce team, creating an efficient and informative workflow towards the set long and short term goals 

• Collaborate with global and regional ecommerce team to align selling, content and customer experience strategy 

• Work with merchandising and logistic team to secure fulfilment and shipping 

• Analyse selling reports, budget and other available tools to make right business decision to meet selling targets 

• Develop, execute and follow up with the ecommerce strategy to drive sales growth 

• Accountable for setting the online budget and following up on P&L, supported by controlling (Sales, Returns and other relevant matrix) 

• Drive the business forward by constantly analysing and assess the effectiveness of the E-commerce operations and current needs based on market competition, implementing new methods, systems and ways of working where relevant
