• Initiate business and operations stakeholders to eliminate existing process frictions in realizing Different Kind of Ops strategy
• Provide insights through data visualization and presentations to deliver productivity, identify root cause of a situation and to provide actionable insights
• Provide User Requirements & perform User Acceptance Test/Live Verification on initiatives/production fixes
• Ensure timely updates of PRMs and SOPs and ensure prompt communication to team

Requirements

• Experience in financial institutions with minimum 6 years of regulatory & banking operations knowledge
• Knowledge of the bank’s core operating systems, control standards or Cards & Unsecured Loans product domain is an added advantage
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
• Strong analytical skills, self-driven and proactive, and able to work under stress
• Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills

POSITION SUMMARY

Involves the completion of administrative and/or operational tasks relating to the front-line operation which may include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, dispatch activities and local customer service.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. • Investigates and resolves problems or exception situations using systems or equipment, as appropriate. Ensures accuracy of own and others’ data and completes checks of system to ensure data integrity is maintained.
• Ensures ongoing compliance with defined FedEx processes and procedures, relevant legislation and external regulations, and predefined agreements. Ensures required approvals are sought throughout processes. Notifies management of any non-compliance issues as they arise.
