Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Operations Executive to join their Warehouse Operations team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. Responsibilities:

• Optimize warehouse and administrative processes for efficiency.
• Identify and address improvement opportunities with staff and leaders.
• Drive projects to reduce waste, enhance productivity, and ensure sustainability.
• Implement digital tools to streamline workflows and improve the work environment.
• Present proposals to customers and coordinate implementation with stakeholders.
• Achieve annual targets for cost savings, sustainability, and customer improvement goals.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Supply Chain or related study
• Min 3 years of warehouse operations, with exposure in process improvement projects
• Experience in automation tools such as powerbi, Python or power automate

What you’ll be doing

Strategic Vision:

• Develop and refine the long-term growth and operations strategy.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to set and communicate strategic goals and objectives.

Commercial Planning:

• Design and implement a robust commercial planning process that aligns all functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and product development.

Execution and Monitoring:

Team Leadership:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or consulting, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sector.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies that drive significant revenue increases.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaborative environments.
