• Issue hire statements and freight invoices, ensure settlement of final hire, balance freight and finalize laytime calculation as per Charter Party.
• Monitor and follow up on AR / AP to ensure timely receipts/payments.
• Update database, collate and provide required data, statistics, analysis, evaluation, and reports in a timely manner.
• Prepare/check Charter Party, Addendum etc., and ensure proper documentation is in place;
• Monitor vessels’ movement for assigned vessels, ensure that Charterers’ requirements are met and in compliance with Charter Party, and arrange for Owners’ matters as required.
• Voyage planning, issuing voyage instructions, monitoring operations, daily speed/consumption, bunker remaining onboard, plan / arrange for bunker replenishment and ensure timely delivery, handle any issues that arise, ensure proper documents available, make recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Negotiate with port agents and service providers for best possible prices, appoint and instruct port agents, weather routing and other service providers as required.
• Check DA / invoices and liaise with relevant parties on cost reimbursements / payments.
• Provide prompt support to internal and external parties.
• Other works as assigned by the Manager or Management from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Maritime transportation or related major.
• At least 2-3 years dry bulk shipping experience.
