Job Summary

The role of the Resourcing Partner (RP), Technology & Operations (T&O) is to drive the delivery of the T&O Resourcing strategy for the lateral hiring across the function. They will need to work in close partnership with Resourcing Leadership Team, HRBPs and other COEs to understand demand and execute on T&O resourcing strategy to fulfil the requirements. This role will report into the Strategic Resourcing Partner for T&O. Primary Function of Position

• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in the CRM system
• Relationship manager for the company's community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents
