• Role reports to: Sr. Director, Operations Learning
What you will do
• Enable Operations-related learning for the ~2,200 APAC Operations employees (including shopfloor), including:
• Deploy global Operations Learning strategy and learning resources (excluding deep functional learning)
• Own and deploy the 2025 APAC learning approach (including facilitating learning sessions taught by regional leaders) in partnership with key stakeholders (BUHR, communications and APAC Culture Champions); and
• Pull through central learning at Kenvue learning resources and initiatives (including adoption of new Learning at Kenvue platform), in alignment with Learning at Kenvue philosophy
• Build trust and credibility with regional leadership and the broader organization. Collaborate closely within region (APAC Operations LT and key stakeholders) and globally (Global Operations Learning Team, and various global stakeholders as required e.g., Learning at Kenvue team).
• Uncover insights into regional nuances and apply those insights to inform regional learning initiatives and outcomes, including close partnership with APAC Internal Manufacturing sites to drive learning for our shopfloor teams.
• Collaborate closely with EMEA and Americas regional counterparts to drive consistent application of learning strategy and initiatives.
• Serve as a Learning & Development champion and advocate for the Learning function in Operations, who tracks and communicates value creation and impact of Operations Learning.
• Partner with Operations Learning team to develop and deploy post-learning analysis and measurement/survey reviews to understand business impact of learning
• Required skills / experience
• Strong and demonstrated interest in building the capability of employees (e.g., training, learning, skill development)
• Experience in either orboth of:
• training / learning and development experience
• working within Operations functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to:
• influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization, adjusting style where appropriate; and
• distill complex data and ambiguous information into simple comprehensible insights and analysis (verbally, in writing and through presentations, reports and dashboards)
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Sound project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and self-manage priorities with competing demands
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into tangible execution
