We are looking for an experienced Assistant/HR Manager for a 3 to 6-month contract for an established maritime MNC. The Assistant HR Manager will be responsible to manage and ensure a successful implementation of the HRIS system into the company. In addition, she will also assist in handling some day-to-day HR Operations duties. The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of HRIS/ HR Ops experiences and is ready to start work on short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

HRIS Implementation:

• Assist with the implementation of Timesoft.
• Help migrate data from the legacy system to the new HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal and external vendors to define project requirements and milestones.
• Provide timely updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions to management.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy during migration.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure data integrity, control, and compliance in HR operations.

Business Partnering & HR Operations:

• Handle internal mobility, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with regional employment legislation and update HR policies as needed.
• Handle HR-related queries and perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of HRIS and/or HR Operations experience.
• Good understanding of HR practices and employment laws in Singapore is a must.
• Prior experience working with a global HRIS systems, such as Timesoft, Workday, SuccessFactors, Ceridian or similar platforms, showcasing the ability to navigate and utilize these systems effectively.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel) and various technology tools for efficient work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changes in a fast-pace environment.

Duties of Retail Operations Manager:
