What would be your responsibilities:

• Conduct routine review and verification of client-submitted documents to validate the source of funds and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.

The Senior HR Operations Specialist will report to the Head of HR and be an integral member of the HR Team to effectively support the manufacturing site in day to day HR operational matters. Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent
• At least 6 years of work experience in day to day HR operations, recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance and talent management etc.
• Experience working in manufacturing operations environment is preferred
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations in a results-measured environment delivering effective stakeholder management and outstanding customer service
