Responsibilities

1. Retail Operations Management

• Oversee the daily operations of all retail outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

1. Educational Background

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline, with a strong foundation in business, retail operations, or a related field.

2. Experience

• At least 3 years of retail operations experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the F&B or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Operations Development:

· Partner with COO to design, implement, and optimize fund operations infrastructure

· Lead vendor selection, onboarding, and relationship management for critical service providers

Fund Operations Management:

· Oversee complete trade lifecycle management from execution to settlement
