Summary

The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization. Services provided include security operations, safety, budget and financial execution, logistics, and employee recruitment, onboarding and training. The security operations program is comprised of regional security man-guarding functions, a security operations center, development and management of security operations metrics, branch liaison, personnel management and driving key security operations projects and initiatives for datacenters on a multi $100M global Client account. Direct reports may include field based Regional Security Managers, as well as shared services/program management resources to include Regional Operations Coordinator, Security Design PMOs and other Security Operations personnel. Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor warehouse assistants to ensure safe and timely receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods.
• Oversee and utilize the SAP system to optimize warehouse operations and time management.
• Ensure all stock is arranged and delivered based on the FIFO system.
• Manage delivery orders, packing lists, and inventory reporting.
• Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and audits.
• Handle GMP and ISO compliance, including documentation, staff training, and adherence to SOPs.
• Plan and supervise staff schedules while ensuring operational efficiency.
• Monitor raw material deliveries, raise purchase orders, and coordinate forklift maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management.
• At least 5 years of supervision experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.
• Possess a valid forklift license.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the Combined Cycle Power Plant safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established operational guidelines to meet output requirements.
• Prepare for, execute, and monitor the startup, shutdown, and routine operations of generation units and auxiliary systems.
• Carry out condition monitoring, review operating parameters, and correct deviations to maintain optimal plant performance.
• Identify, report, and rectify all system, plant, and equipment defects.
• Ensure adherence to the plant’s generation dispatch schedule, conducting operational tests and inspections as required.
• Respond to plant emergencies, equipment failures, and outages.

• Possession of a 2nd Grade Engineer (Steam) Certificate of Competency or a 1st Grade Engineer (Steam Combustion Engine) Certificate of Competency awarded by the Ministry of Manpower is an advantage.

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Officer to be part of our Asia Pacific Logistics Execution team to perform safe and timely shipments of >$2B worth of products to and from international origins and destinations.

Based in our Singapore Commercial hub, the primary responsibility is to manage the day-to-day operational activities, working in close collaboration with a complex stakeholder group from across the business to deliver optimal value for the various business units.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Logistics Operations, you will:

• Plan and execute shipments from the company smelters to customers in diverse locations, including placing bookings, coordination, and monitoring whilst minimizing freight cost, optimizing working capital, and meeting commercial requirements.
• Provide timely notification to all relevant parties on bookings and coordinate with stakeholders on subsequent changes.
• Track shipping schedules, perform all required system related updates and resolve issues that may affect shipping, vessel slippage risk and deliveries to the customers.
• Act as the primary escalation point of contact for all operational issues raised by both internal and external stakeholders.
• Process freight payments and resolve any payment disputes with vendors timely.
• Ensure completeness of accrual of freight cost at the end month.
• Develop and manage relationships with vendors such as shipping lines, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and handle claims relating to transportation and shipping.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, identify any process gaps, and propose improvement initiatives to reduce costs and/or improve service levels.

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
