JOB SUMMARY

The Analyst Brand Operations will be an integral part of the brand management team, supporting the day-to-day management of the central Brand Centre portal including the DAM (Digital Asset Management). Job Description:

The Warehouse staff in a GDP and GMP secondary assembly area shall work closely with the warehouse team to maintain proper storage conditions, handle products safely, and adhere to GDP and GMP requirements to ensure product quality and integrity. The key responsibilities shall include below:

• Receipt of Products: Receive incoming products and verify the accuracy of shipments against customer pre-alert and provided details. Inspect incoming products for damage, contamination, or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel. Ensure that all received products are properly labelled, tagged, and stored in designated areas.

We are looking for a talented Senior Director of Zouk Operations in APAC who is passionate about hospitality and nightlife. You will lead the Japan and Singapore team for all the Zouk Group hospitality and nightlife brands in both countries and look to create original and unique experiences for each venue.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the hospitality and nightlife operations by Zouk Group in Singapore, along with Zouk Club in Japan.

- Develop and execute strategic business initiatives, ensuring the attainment of each business's KPIs.

- Manage and review P&L reports consistently, providing effective solutions for operational matters.

- Analyze venue performance in comparison to historical data and industry standards.

- Build sustainable relationships with key clients, overseeing recruitment, training, and service delivery for hostesses, promoter girls, and bottle service crew.

- Develop and lead a core management team, focused on delivering a differentiated value proposition to privileged guests.

- Promote special events effectively to customers.

- Maintain positive business relationships with external partners (local and international) and government agencies.

- Motivate and inspire your team – help create a positive and supportive work culture.

- Work closely with the various departments to execute ongoing events and initiatives.

- Be able to seamlessly move cross-functionally across many groups in the company to keep key stakeholders updated.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 10 years of operations knowledge in the hospitality and club industry

- Excellent understanding of financial statements

- Detail-minded with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Exceptional service orientation and outstanding interpersonal skills to engage effectively with VIP guests.

1. Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager on the day-to-day operation of all F&B outlets including Banquet

Operations.

2. Supervises staff to ensure courteous and efficient services is provided to all guests.

3. Manages guests satisfaction and build rapport with them.

4. Handles and attends to all complaints and adopts immediate action.

5. Responds actively to guest enquires/reservations via email/phone calls.

6. Ensures proper execution of food and beverage promotions and cuscades information to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle planning and deployment of crane operators and drivers;
