Main Tasks

1. Perform daily periodic checks of Central Kitchen to ensure compliance to in-house GMP/GHP standards, SOP, Product Specifications, etc.

2. Conduct random checks on incoming raw materials, and perform product cutting on raw materials to ensure goods received are within in-house specifications.

8. Ensure analysis of food products via microbiological and physical testing, calibration of lab equipment and measurement tools, internal sensory evaluation are conducted as per schedule.

Job Description

• Operate the power plant according to procedures and requirements including but not limited to starting, loading, unloading and shutting down the complete plant and systems
• Support the ASCE/SCE/PSCE to meet the contractual, technical and commercial set-up and operation of the Power Station
• Have sound knowledge of the safe operating parameters, controls, precaution and safety interlocks when starting and loading plant equipment so as to avoid damage and to be able to run the plant in the most efficient manner

The Job

The primary focus of this position is to lead and manage the MRO operations (Pt 145), within the LSI Aerospace division. This position will provide key leadership and accountability for MRO operations and the overall performance of each employee of the department.
