We are a new upcoming Chinese themed bar on 2024 January, and we're currently looking for Operations Manager. As this is a new establish company, there is not much rules and regulations, or so called terms.

Your job scope will be

• Supplier management and Building supplier relationships

Minimum skill and experience needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and supervise the entire setup and operational performance of the central kitchen.

Monitor purchases and orders to effectively manage cost flow, ensuring operation costs and overheads stay within budgeted levels.

Ensure all employees adhere to food hygiene practices and safety standards.

Develop and implement SOPs in central kitchens, shop outlets, and delivery units to uphold food quality and standardization.

Assist in ingredients matching, creating fusion food menus, and supporting the Chef in new menu development.

Coordinate with Human Resources, including managing part-timers and cleaners, to maintain labor costs within budget while maximizing productivity.

Streamline service processes to enhance productivity and efficiency in central kitchen operations and dining services.

Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
