• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (World, Excel, Outlook) applications and computing skills

Job role and responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of freight forwarding involving import/export procedures
  Generate shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Cargo Manifest, Cargo Clearance Permits for Import/Export/Transhipment
• Attend to Singapore Customs enquiries on cargo clearance permit issues
• Check requirements with relevant parties to ensure all the appropriate documents (eg insurance, licences, customs forms) are in order
• Prepare Delivery Orders and/or Shipping Orders
• Arrange trucking and/or containers as per clients’ requirements
• Liaise with relevant parties on equipment/cargo trackings
• Generate reports as required by various agencies

Qualifications & Skills:

• Min GCE "O" Level
• Well versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• At least 1-year experience in similar job functions
• Have passed Customs Competency Test for Declarants

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Service: Greet visitors and members, assist with inquiries, manage bookings, and provide information about available services, schedules, and equipment.

· Operations Support: Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment for sports events, ensuring all facilities are prepared and ready for use.

· Facility Monitoring: Regularly check and maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all areas, including sports courts, locker rooms, and seating areas.

· Safety Compliance: Monitor the sports hall for any safety hazards, report issues to management, and ensure all users adhere to the facility's safety regulations.
