THE ROLE

In April 2025 MetaSport is delivering the Singapore T100 event in partnership with the Professional Triathletes Association. This world-class event will be held at Marina Bay, and televised worldwide.

The role has two major responsibilities:

1. Branding Operations

• Own and manage the branding pack for Singapore T100.
• Liaise internally with the MetaSport & PTO teams, and with government agencies, for artwork, approvals and changes.
• Liaise with the contractor to coordinate approval of proofs and to coordinate production.
• Liaise with the Managing Director regarding branding budget and ensure we stay within agreed planned expenditure.

Job Scopes:

• In charge of marketing projects for Company (Venues, bridal boutique).
• Driving brand awareness and engage branded content across all social media platforms and maintenance of WEB site, CMS.
• Managing and prioritizing multiple projects for venues and bridal boutique (style shoot, related fair and fashion runway) to deliver them on time. Make strategic planning and ensures timely execution of overall Marketing Calendar.
• Submit related market research & marketing reports to management
• Search and negotiation with vendors, influencers and celebrities at platforms for marketing. Driving collaborations with industry partners.
• In charge of design of marketing collaterals, brochures and presentation materials for the company.

EVENT OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

THE ROLE

In April 2025 MetaSport is delivering the Singapore T100 event in partnership with the Professional Triathletes Association. This world-class event will be held at Marina Bay, and televised worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Event Flow Management: Ensure smooth operation of events, managing the schedule and addressing any issues that arise on the day.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues
• Planning event details and aspects, including seating, dining and guests
• Remaining under budget with all costs
• Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
• Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
• Logistics & Coordination: Handle event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, materials, and any required permits.
• Event Setup & Teardown: Oversee the setup of the venue before events and coordinate clean-up or teardown afterward.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and services.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Assist with other event-related tasks as needed.

• To ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency within reconciliation and to alert management to any control weakness and appropriate actions required on a timely basis.

As Operations / Marketing Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic new design practice. We are seeking a passionate and experienced operations and marketing coordinator to join the team. Purpose

As Head of Exchange Operations, you will ensure that all trading activity complies with MAS regulations (e.g., maintaining a fair, orderly, and transparent market) and adheres to the rules and procedures of the DigiFT Exchange (“Exchange”). The Singapore-based Exchange Operations team is responsible for Exchange Operations and Helpdesk services for the Exchange.

The Head of Exchange Operations will play a critical role in the growth and development of the Exchange as a member of the management team, reporting directly to the COO.

Responsibilities

1. Team Building and Strategy: Build and lead an operations team for the Exchange, including developing policies, strategies, and budgets.
   Establish standard operating procedures for Exchange Operations, Pricing, and Helpdesk activities.
   
2. Customer Support and Onboarding: Serve as the lead point of contact for key customer accounts, providing customer support, client onboarding, and other operational services. Foster strong customer relationships and develop trusted advisory connections with key accounts.
   
3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the Exchange operates in compliance with MAS regulations, maintaining a “fair, orderly, and transparent” market.
   Implement and enforce Exchange rules and procedures, as well as regulatory compliance policies (Compliance Procedures). Develop and operationalize the risk management framework for trading platforms.
   
4. Incident Management and Reporting: Manage and resolve operational incidents, including conducting root cause analyses and implementing process or technology improvements. Provide regular reports to regulators and top management, supported by analytics, dashboards, and other metrics.
   
5. System and Process Optimization: Develop and monitor systems to measure exchange performance and operational risks, reporting key metrics to governance committees. Regularly review system performance to enhance the overall trading experience.
   
6. Market Surveillance: Conduct market surveillance to prevent market abuse and manipulation.
   
7. Collaboration and New Initiatives: Work with the Technology team to implement new products, regulatory requirements, and policy changes, including formalizing process flows, updating KPIs, and conducting training. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement enhancements to systems and processes, delivering best-in-class services to the market. Partner with Business Development and Technology teams to manage and optimize the listing and delisting of digital assets.
   
8. Investigations and Governance: Investigate breaches and support Compliance and other departments in their investigations. Oversee and evaluate the performance of outsourced service providers, ensuring accountability and reporting to governance committees.
   
9. Operational Support: Provide Exchange Operations and Helpdesk services for other markets within the DigiFT group during Singapore office hours.
   
10. Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: Oversee the Exchange’s Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Framework, ensuring thorough planning, execution, and reporting of test exercises to governance committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in exchange operations, market surveillance, or equivalent roles.
• Strong knowledge of exchange operations, blockchain technology, securitizable assets, and security tokens.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Strong organizational and people management skills.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for roles within the expanding operations team.
