About the Role

Responsibilities

Operational Security Management:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in security operations, crisis management, or asset protection within a multinational environment.

• Certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional), PSP (Physical Security Professional), or equivalent is an advantage.

The Food & Beverage Operations Manager assists the Senior Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead the Food and Beverage operations, by ensuring and maintaining the strategic and tactical positioning as a world class operation. Manpower Management:

1. Daily manpower deployment including managing exceptions due to unplanned leave to ensure no services are missed.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and experienced in using CRM Systems, such as Salesforce.
2. Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
3. Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with minimal supervision.
4. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in operations (supervising drivers, technicians, etc.).
