Manpower Management:

What you'll do:

As an Operations Associate, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of client operational data and brokerage agreements. You'll take on stewardship responsibilities, ensuring seamless front-to-back operations. Your expertise will be crucial in leading regional infrastructural projects, representing Operations in working groups. You'll also collaborate with IT on delivery of Operations sponsored enhancements and IT technical developments. • Execute Client and Operational Data and front to back brokerage agreement for all clients' stewardship responsibilities on a daily basis.
• Maintain high quality, clean data by adhering to a strict governance and controls framework.
• Provide business brokerage analysis reports for brokerage rate negotiation with customers.
• Liaise closely with the front office and back office to provide accurate rates and product list for all the brokerage agreements.
• Work closely with front and back stakeholders on all matters related to brokerage and client data.
• Support the Team Manager by driving system integration projects as well as cross-training team members on multi-branded processes/services.
• Support cross functional Operations divisions for change implementations on process workflow efficiency and automation or strategic project initiatives.

Job Description:

• Responsible for timely and accurately raising purchase requisitions in SAP MM Purchasing upon receipt of approved memo and work order.
• Responsible for timely and accurately performing GRs (Goods Receipt) upon receipt of invoice and approval from authorized leads.
• Ensure that auditable records are kept for each purchase requisition raised.
• Assist in tracking and cross referencing of purchase requisitions and POs for investigative reasons.
• Assist in the reconciliation of purchase requisitions, POs, and project budgets.
• Adhere to the team’s purchase requisition raising process and escalate any breaches.

Job Requirement:

• 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
• Prior expertise at using SAP Material Management (MM) module would be a bonus.
