Job Description:
• Make travel arrangements & prepare necessary travel documents for GM.
• Maintain the GM’s diary
• Prepare GM claims.
• Prepare meeting minutes
• Arrange appointments with Suppliers, Customers, Inter-department & staff.
• Coordinate with all Managers for monthly management meetings & inter-department meetings.
• Coordinate with all departments in any matters with regard to the GM.
• Coordination of Trading Meetings & Consolidations of Reports.
• Assist in maintaining the Customers’ Accounts, prepare quotations and customers' A/R reports of those under the charge of the GM.
• Follow-up on all outstanding matters by all departments & branches of the Trading Division.
• Any others duties as assigned by GM.
Job Requirement:
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Possess good communication skills
• Independent and meticulous
