About the role

Facility operational Security

• Promote awareness and ensure facilities are compliant with Physical Security Standard/Policy of security related GEA policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Management:Gather and validate financial data from various sources, including internal systems and external databases.
   Maintain and update financial databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
   
2. Data Analysis:Perform detailed financial analysis, including trend analysis, variance analysis, and scenario analysis.
   Develop financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
   
3. Reporting and Presentation:Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate financial performance, trends, and forecasts to stakeholders.
   Create visualizations and presentations to support strategic planning and decision-making.
   
4. Financial Forecasting:Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets by analyzing historical data and market trends.
   Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement or concern.
   
5. Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure data accuracy and integrity by adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
   Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Financial Analyst, with a strong understanding of financial principles and metrics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.

Preferred Skills:
