Co-Development Business Unit is looking for Business Analyst

This is a 5-month contract role

What will you do?

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Work with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specification for the development team
• Work with UI/UX designer in providing low-fidelity design prototypes with good grasp of UI/UX principles
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog
• Support development team with sprint planning and daily scrums
• Work with project/product manager in facilitating workshops and meetings to gather and refine product requirements.
• Conduct analysis of existing products relevant to mental health, mental wellness, behavioural changes, and user feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.
• Identify and define KPI metrics to assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.

2. User Stories and Use cases

• Create comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteira
• Develop use cases and scenarios to illustrate user interactions with the app.
• Work with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements

3. Stakeholder management

• Work closely with project manager
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development team
• Ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements
• Mange stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Quality Assurance

• Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and ensure thorough testing of the app
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that the final product meets the business requirements

5. Document and Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, user stories and process flows.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress, risks and issues.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or product ownership roles within the tech industry.
• Experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, including requirement elicitation, roadmap planning, and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable product requirements.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and influence decision-making.
• Familiarity with data analytics is a plus.
• Knowledge of SaaS requirements for medical device ISO 13485 will be plus
• Proven experience as a business analyst in mobile app development projects and administrative dashboards

The responsibilities can be grouped into below main areas:

Supply Constraint Management:

• Oversee end-2-end supply chain operations across all parts of SCM, highlight potential constraints/ concerns in a timely manner, support in solution finding process and escalate on-time (if necessary) to the Management.
• To understand the root cause/ background of any supply constraints and issues, follow-up with respective stakeholders on the actions and timelines and work closely with the SCM team to resolve the issues.
• Support the constraint process and is pro-active in driving problem-solving initiatives and help set up corrective measures as and when required.
• Work closely with Local SCM Team to prepare and report any out-of-stocks projections in local markets.
• Oversee the supplies arrangement of inbound shipment from manufacturing site and distribution center in Europe and Japan to Asia region.
• Ensure the overall SCM processes and timelines are being adhered strictly by all related SCM & Cross-Functional Teams.

Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

• Support the development of IBP activities and drive process standardization and optimization across all Regions.
• Perform in-depth analysis and prepare IBP reports with the focus on major product families, supply constraint, growth rate in alignment with sales and financial projection.
• Identify gaps, business risks and communicate/ escalate to key stakeholders accordingly.
• Collaborate with and drive multi-disciplinary teams in executing projects/ processes with excellence and expediency.
• Responsible in identifying and mitigating issues with regards to change management.

KPI Management

• Coordinate and ensure data from respective stakeholders/ functions are provided in a timely manner.

Our Client is a telecommunications service provider in Singapore. With the expansion of the team, they are looking for a L1 Security Analyst to join the team.

Responsibilities: -

·       24 x 7 triage, short-turn analysis of real-time security alerts & generate tickets, or escalation to L2 Security Analysts that are not in the Automation Runbook.

·       24 x 7 escalation to resolver upon receiving automated generated incident tickets on the health of SOCaS infrastructure, IT/OT managed security devices, or from the website defacement restorer activation alert.

·       24 x 7 manage problems till closure which include:

o   Ensure that Service Level Agreements are met.

o   Liaising with customers with regards to information security incidents

o   Provision and performance of remedial actions to enhance customers' network security posture

·       Min 1 year working experience in IT Infrastructure Operation and/or Support.

·       Willing to work with 24/7 shift pattern that includes weekend work.
