Client Contract Management (CCM) team supports Visa’s global strategy by managing the governance and contracting process of client contracts (from draft development and negotiation through to securing internal approvals, execution, auditing and reporting).

What a Contract Analyst, Client Contract Management does at Visa:

This role is an individual contributor within the AP CCM team based in Singapore office. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, analytical and a strategic thinker.

• Serve as the key CCM contract owner for the assigned markets in managing and facilitating client contract administration process which includes reviewing and processing contract requests, contract drafting, stakeholders’ approvals, contract issuance, and execution within agreed Service-Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Liaise with various stakeholders including Account Executives, Products, Legal, Finance, Audit etc to ensure that contracts are developed and approved consistently and promptly in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
• Manage post-contract administration activities including and not limited to distribution of contract information to all necessary stakeholders, handling of hardcopies, contracts filing, database management, audit enquiries, and other post-execution activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and documents associated with all contracts for management reporting, capacity planning, as well as for audit purpose.
• Identify and implement process improvements for assigned markets and / or contract types, and provide value-add services to our stakeholders and business partners.
• Participate in special assignments and providing ad-hoc support and reporting as required, including but not limited to supporting other regions’ colleagues as needed.

Projects you will be a part of:

As part of the CCM team, you will get the opportunity to work on strategically important projects for Visa in addition to the core responsibilities of a Contract Analyst. This includes, but not limited to:

• Collaborating with our stakeholders including other region CCM colleagues, Legal, Finance, Sales, Products, Client Services etc, continuously looking for opportunities to optimize CCM processes and workflow to drive process improvements and efficiency;

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The Data Analyst role is positioned to tap on the vast amounts of data available at Sembcorp Solar to better guide the organization in optimizing its operational and business processes. The role will reside within the Business Excellence Unit and will work on cross-functional projects.

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Tax Accountant & FP&A Analyst to join our team in Singapore. This dual-role position offers a unique opportunity to combine expertise in tax compliance with financial planning and analysis (FP&A). They will play a pivotal role in analyzing, defining, and optimizing payment processes to meet organizational and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
2. Payments and Messaging Expertise:
• Work on payment systems, including RTGS, NEFT, GIRO, IMPS, and SWIFT Messaging (MT and MX standards).
• Analyze and implement solutions for cross-border and domestic payment processes.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align on project objectives.
4. Process Optimization:
• Identify inefficiencies in payment processes and propose improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in payment systems.
5. Testing and Implementation:
• Define test scenarios, review test cases, and ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of payment protocols and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in working with SQL for data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and transform large datasets for analysis. This may involve working with programming languages such as, SQL, R/Python, JavaScript, etc. to create automated data processing flow. Codes should be clean and well-documented.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and interactive visualisations for data exploration to help end-users make informed data-driven decisions. This includes using analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, ZOHO and/or Tableau.
• Manage data quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and standard operating procedures (SOP) and conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and address challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into analytical tasks and present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or payments industry.

Proven experience with payment systems, including RTGS (Real-Time Gross Settlement), GIRO, and SWIFT messaging standards.

Strong understanding of payment clearing and settlement processes.

Knowledge of ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX message formats is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, and project management software.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
