• 5-6 years’ experience as a Technical Lead / Developer
• Having hands-on experience in deployment and implementation.
• Good to have prior Banking / Financial institution environment experiences
• Good communication skills both written and oral
• Able to drive/recommend solutions to extended technology teams.
• Self-starter with good crisis management skills.
