Responsibilities

Analyse, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, test applications

The primary work comprises of requirement analysis, mapping design, technical specification, programming, code review, job scheduling, perform unit test and SIT, support UAT, deploy to production, post implementation support, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
• Understand each Bank’s business unit's Role & Access provisioning processes
• As a role maker Review and Create Business Policies and Roles in identity Management System
• Understand and Validate the Application or Department level Role Matrix.
• Follow-up on Consolidated Access certification feedbacks/queries
• Perform target account reconciliation against the Identity Management system,
• Help the IDM team by completing the daily tasks assigned
• Provide administrative support to IDM team
• Maintains a High level of quality and productivity per Bank’s standards
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Excellent computational ability
• Effective communication skill
• Ability to multitask effectively

Technical Skills

• Knowledge on access control, preferably RBAC (Role Based Access Control)
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and proficient in writing complex SQL queries
• Practical knowledge of scripting languages, preferably Python / Java
• Hands on experience with Reporting tools
• Comprehensive knowledge in User Access Managementand Application Access Matrix
• Comprehensive knowledge in Identity Management implementations

This is a 6 Month contract role based in Singapore.

We are currently looking for innovative and organized individuals with the ability to work through large volumes of operational sales activities including implementation, optimization, and reporting.

Global Product and Sales Enablement data analysts will support the needs of the Global Partnership sales team and publishers around the world through our email systems and by interacting in a cross-functional work environment.

Core Tasks:

• Perform large-scale data analysis to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.
• Support implementation and optimization for the company’s programmatic monetization and platform solutions.
• Support GP sales users through our email customer service tools.
• Troubleshoot account issues where required and provide account administration support.
• Contribute to automation efforts and offer possible solutions to increase operational efficiencies.
• Perform other administrative and operational role-related tasks such as creating reports, presentations, and communicating with stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of work experience with Account Management, Ad Operations, or Project Management (experience with AdX, AdSense, AdMob, and DFP a plus).
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, comfortable handling and interpreting data.
• Ability to work through large volumes of support requests from our internal sales customers within specified time frames.
• Broad understanding of online advertising solutions (i.e., ad serving, monetization) and of key platforms and trends (i.e., desktop, mobile, video).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & basic knowledge of SQL.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
• Collaborate effectively with branch, regional and global colleagues to support the implementation of global and regional Reward policies and processes.
• Support the delivery of the annual performance and rewards cycle, including systems testing, data analysis / validation, reporting and program delivery across the region.
• Perform big data analysis to generate insights and support decision making, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting
• Prepare and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Work closely with internal teams to support project timelines, deliverables and resolve queries related to performance and rewards
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in data management and reporting
