Job Description:

• Involve in the project or maintenance services related with General Security Systems, Alarms Systems, CCTV Systems, Access control systems and Server & Network infrastructure and whenever required
• Perform Installation, Implementation, Configuration and testing of system/storage equipment & setup
• Troubleshoot problems encountered on site
• Perform OS hardening, patching and updating on servers/VM
• Develop implementation plan, migration plan and acceptance test plan for the project.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic/ Information Technology)
• Experience in Operational Technology/Information Technology industry
• Knowledge of networking and IP/TCP protocol
• In-depth knowledge in CCTV, Access Control and System Server etc.
• Hands-on experience in security-related tasks such as OS tightening, patching and updating, virus scanning will be an added advantage.
• IT Certification in windows system & storage, network, database, virtualization, cloud technologies will be an added advantage

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Cyber Security Intern who is currently enrolled in college and seeking an opportunity to gain hands-on experience. This role will focus on providing support to our cyber security team, assisting in daily operations, and helping to chase follow-ups on key security tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the cyber security team with daily tasks, including monitoring, incident response, and reporting.
• Support in chasing and following up on outstanding security-related tasks and action items.
• Perform research on emerging cyber security threats, trends, and tools.
• Help document and maintain security protocols, procedures, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely updates and compliance with security standards.
• Assist with the implementation of security policies and controls.
• Provide administrative support as needed, such as preparing reports and presentations for internal use.
• Participate in team meetings and offer suggestions for improving security workflows.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college program, preferably studying Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of cyber security principles, threats, and vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Policy Implementation and Governance:Oversee the adoption and execution of global information security policies and procedures across the APAC region.
   
2. Risk Awareness and Training:Design and deliver training and communication programs to cultivate a culture of risk awareness and compliance.
   
3. Third-Party Risk Management:Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments for third-party vendors and maintain ongoing monitoring processes.
   
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with business units and functional teams to identify, evaluate, and address security risks effectively.
   
5. Incident Response Management:Develop, test, and improve incident response protocols, including organizing tabletop exercises and conducting self-assessments.
   Take a lead role in managing security incidents and events when required.
   
6. Cyber Resilience:Collaborate with Risk & Controls, IT, and other relevant teams to establish and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and IT Disaster Recovery Plans (IT DRPs) within the region.
   
7. Project Leadership:Drive regional security projects and initiatives assigned by the Regional CISO.
   
8. Compliance and Industry Awareness:Stay informed about emerging trends, regulations, and standards related to information security, cybersecurity, and data governance, ensuring organizational alignment.
   

Qualifications and Experience

• Certifications:Professional certifications such as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) are highly desirable.
  
• Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  
• Experience:Minimum of 7 years in information security governance, risk, and compliance or related areas.
  Experience in a regional capacity within a product manufacturing environment is preferred.
