Main Objective:

This key commercial partnering role leads the creation , management and communication of timely and accurate business insights to inform cross functional leaders. The main focus is upon sales, pricing & other commercial reporting plus ROI and profitability assessments for SEA region which comprises both direct and distributor markets. This role will partner in setting strong business strategies with commercial leaders and measurement of results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Commercial Support & reporting

• Dashboard & KPI reporting
• Advisory role on profitability analysis to support key decision making
• Partners with accounting team to provide meaningful insights on SEA results and performance

Pricing

• Assess pricing impact for both direct & indirect markets
• Support annual pricing review

Forecasting & budgeting

• Manage Opex & Capex spend by cost centers
• Support regular sales forecast, annual budget processes & long-term strategic planning

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business or related fields
• Min 5 years of related experience
• Medical device experience advantageous
• Experience with Cognos, TM1 and/or business analytics preferred
• Advanced skills in MS office required, with strong capabilities in MS Excel
• Advanced skills in Power BI preferred

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Responsibility Cost Analyst:

• Analyze product costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, to ensure accurate cost structures.
• Conduct variance analysis and improve cost allocation accuracy using the ERP system.
• Develop and maintain standardized costing methodologies across all sites.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to gather data for cost analysis.
• Support FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare cost reports and provide insights to guide decision-making and profitability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve costing processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and assist with audits related to product costs.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Finance / Accountancy or any related field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years analysis experience in product costing from manufacturing or similar setting
