• Update spend cube files for direct and indirect spend with assurance on data accuracy

3. Good in using SQL and have analytic skills - need to write SQL queries to pull out big data and to understand (analyse) the data which are pulled out – is a must
4. Someone who has risk background (bank) would be advantage
5. Able to do user testing, write test cases and do testing for large volume of data

More details of the Requirements

Role is a BA for data mart, able to perform BAU support for a risk data mart that is providing data to Basel III LCR reporting, Basel Credit Risk management reporting, Credit Risk management reporting.

Primary role is performed daily and month end checks on the risk data with the focus on:

1. Daily reconciliation / completeness checks and highlighting and following up on reconciliation break
2. Apart from daily BAU, support to upstream projects which impacts data mart and support to downstream reporting queries and enhancements will be required.

In some instances, Risk Analyst may be required to write simple users specifications.

1. Perform daily and month end checks on data in Risk Data Mart including updates of reconciliation reports.
2. Followup and resolve reconciliation breaks.
3. Perform impact assessment and UAT on both upstream projects and downstream enhancement changes.
4. Support end users queries of Risk Mart and Risk Mart projects related configuration changes.
5. Write simple users specifications for Risk Mart.
6. Work with Risk Mart BAU lead to perform and resolve daily and month end reconciliation checks and issues. Update reconciliation documents.
7. Perform UAT and documentation, raise and resolve UAT issues independently.
8. Provide support to end users queries and Risk Mart related projects configuration changes
9. Assist in Risk Mart specifications write-up

A MUST skills :-

1. Conduct extensively data analysis and testing, hence both Banking and SQL experiences are required. Good in using SQL and have analytic skills - need to write SQL queries to pull out big data and to understand (analyse) the data which are pulled out.

Your Purpose

Be a trusted business partner with production (project teams) to provide financial assistance for decision making and ensure effective and efficient collaboration with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The Financial Planning Analyst enables senior management and production teams to make data-driven choices and critical decisions through financial insights and analysis. This role focuses on fostering strong relationships with project teams, through tailored business support and conducting regular budget preparation, reporting, and analysis.

Your Daily Adventure

This role will report to the Financial Planning Manager for the Singapore studio.

Projects Budgeting and Reporting

• Prepare initial project budgets and monthly forecast update
• Consolidate and analyze financial data (staffing, activity costs, actuals, forecast)
• Monitor and challenge projects’ budgets and ensure the projects’ spending are within the budget
• Build and maintain dashboards on financial status and risks
• Provide analysis and recommendations to optimize costs and improve financial performance
• Manage and maintain staffing tools
• Consolidate and prepare projects’ P&L
• Prepare finance dashboard for Production’s major updates to HQ

Projects Business Partner

• Demonstrate initiative to engage with business stakeholders in making recommendations for financial/business process and tool improvement
• Conduct regular meetings with producers and executives to communicate finance vision
• Conduct business studies on historical performance, conduct benchmarking, develop financial models, identify trends, conduct ad hoc studies
• Provide additional analysis and forecast, looking for correlations between finance and production data
• Raise flags when need be to address quickly any potential domain issue
• Analyze current tools and practices, assess about efficiency and drive change if need be

As a Cyber / Network Security Maintenance Associate Engineer, you are required to provide maintenance support to clients. You will play a key part in Technology Services Delivery team to ensure security solution maintained at the highest quality and standard.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Perform analysis and tests of drug products, raw materials, in-process materials, release test samples, stability samples, packaging materials, quantitative assays on samples, and/or finished products from manufacturing, to ensure quality standards and compliance with established specifications.
• Preparation of reagents/diluents/ dissolution media as per STP.
• Perform various qualitative tests or qualitative assays on samples using modern and automated instrumentation.
• Utilize electronic laboratory information systems such as LIMS for acquisition and processing of analytical data.
• Ensure implementation of SOP for all corresponding activities.
• Write controlled documentation related to QC Laboratory operations or testing such as SOP's, analytical protocols, analysis reports and forms.

REQUIREMENT

• Possess working knowledge of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry.

The Product Engineer (Cyber Security) is the technical expert supporting the sales and prospecting lifecycle from pre-sales, deployment to post-sale support. The product engineer will be part of a small team trialling, evaluating and incubating new products and services for the cybersecurity services business unit, and will be intimately involved in understanding new cyber security products, understand the technical architecture of the solution, work with clients to understand and to integrate the solution into clients’ environments, and supporting them in post-sales support.
