Key Responsibilities:

· Investigate production issues, respond based on production defect severity SLAs.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing excellent investment advice for a dedicated group of investors, and will be the centre of a servicing ‘gold standard’.
