Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

• 3-5 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role

• End-to-end project implementation experience in CRM offerings

• At least 2 years' experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users

• Extensive experience in writing BRD, Functional Specification documents and Process flows

• Extensive experience in conducting Feasibility Studies, Gap Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

• Expert Quality Assurance testing including: functional, integration, system, regression, and data driven testing experience in creating and developing strategic test plans, cases, and reports

• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM platform

• Experience defining business solutions leveraging SFDC

• Practical experience in the entire SDLC from solution definition, solution architecture definition to design, development and testing of the SFDC application

• Creation of data migration plan, data migration mapping for Data Migration from other CRM to Salesforce.com

Basic Purpose/Accountabilities:

What’s the role?

The Contracts team is a part of the Bloomberg Finance and Admin department. It is deeply ingrained in the customer service and operations of the organization. The role of a Contracts Operations Analyst in this business is to provide excellent customer service to a large global client base. Senior IT Business Analyst (Digital Transformation)

An established company is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to be part of the digital transformation journey! Working together as a team to modernize and transform business and IT capabilities and facilitate digital innovation, exploration and adoption of new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users, technical teams and vendors to analyses and define business specifications, and baseline the functional requirements after user review. This includes the end to end process from requirements gathering, POC, solution analysis, system analysis, testing till delivery.
• Map business process and identify business improvement opportunities, and develop business cases with the use of sustainable and cost effective IT solutions.
• Embrace new technologies and dive deep for successful adoption.
• Bring value to business users by providing recommendation on best practices in exploiting appropriate technology, improvement of work processes, facilitating and supporting business users’ change management process and influencing their alignment with the business vision.
• Provide application support to daily operational needs and resolve issues when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer/Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in IT, with 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in software development in earlier career will be advantageous to bridge between business and development teams and understanding the technical gaps.
• Participated in SDLC/modernization/digitalization/tech refresh/IT transformation projects.
• Demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Team player, self-motivated, self-starter, keen and a quick learner
• Excellent problem solving, analytical skill
