Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and log in all visitors entering and leaving the school premises during school operation hours.
• Check all staff and students for valid IDs entering and leaving the school premises during school operation hours.
• Log in all staff and students entering and leaving the school premises after school operation hours and on weekends.
• Monitor and direct vehicular traffic entering and leaving the school premises, assist in maintaining safe traffic flow during start and end of the school day.
• Investigate alarms and disturbances and report all such situations to the Assistant Manager, Facilities.
• Record details of security-related incidents, eg. break-ins, dangerous driving within school premises, activation of the security alarm system etc. in the Occurrence Book and alert the Assistant Manager, Facilities immediately.
• Issue warning of rule infractions or violations and, where warranted, apprehend or evict violators from premises as directed by the Assistant Manager, Facilities or Senior School staff.
• Call police or fire departments in emergency situations such as fire or suspicious unauthorized personnel on school premises.
• To attend training be in line with the Singapore Police Force new Licensing Condition for Security Officer.
• Follow the security SOP meticulously and carry them out diligently and sensibly.
• Coordinate vacation leave with the team to ensure minimal disruption to the daily operational schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Deputy CEO.

Team Overview: The Product Security Applications Team, established in Singapore in 2017, is an R&D team dedicated to enhancing the security standards of Keysight products. Their focus is on making sure our products are safe and secure for our end customers. As the sole R&D security team within Keysight, their primary objective is to continually elevate the security baseline of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product development teams throughout different stages of the development lifecycle to integrate product security requirements using Keysight’s Windows and Linux platforms.
• Provide technical support for product security assessments, utilizing tools such as composition analysis, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and fuzz testing. Additionally, assist development teams in devising strategies to address and mitigate identified vulnerabilities.
• Provide technical support for third party open-source license compliance.
• Support and/or recommend third-party tools to assess the security posture of our products in alignment with recognized industry standards.
• Understand and implement product security programs across all operating system (OS) platforms used by Keysight’s products.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience with security technologies.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in software development using C/C++, JavaScript, and Python programming languages.
• Good understanding of common application and network protocols, cryptographic technologies, and common security threats on OS designs (including Linux, Windows, and mobile platforms).
• Strong interest in software engineering, security application development, and security assessment.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic and highly technical organizations.
• 1-2 years of experience working with product development/engineering and security expertise.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Facility Management or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA with at least 2 years working experience.

Job scope

• Supervise building CCTV & security system.

Strategy & Business

• Security Architecture Design: Design and implement robust security architectures for multiple ventures and the core SC Ventures technology platform. This includes defining security controls, frameworks, and standards to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
• Security Consulting: Provide expert security guidance to venture teams throughout the venture building lifecycle. This includes advising on secure coding practices, infrastructure security, data protection, and compliance requirements.
• Innovation & Research: Stay abreast of emerging security threats, technologies, and best practices. Research and recommend new security frameworks and architectures to ensure SC Ventures remains at the forefront of security innovation.

Processes

• Cost Optimization: Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of various security solutions and make recommendations for optimizing security investments.
• Proactive Security: Develop and implement mechanisms to proactively identify and respond to security incidents, minimizing impact on ventures and the core platform.

Skills and Experience

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in information security, with 5+ years in a security architecture role. Demonstrated experience designing and implementing security solutions in fast-paced, dynamic environments, including start-ups and organizations with complex financial systems (FSI, Banking et al).
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of security principles, technologies, and best practices across various domains, including cloud security, network security, data security, application security, and identity and access management.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze security risks, identify vulnerabilities, and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Direct Responsibilities

• Install and administrate the servers of the SIEM Infrastructure
• Develop automation on the different tasks and self-service tool
