Responsibilities

• Lead compliance audit activities (SOC, ISO 27001) for BIPO Singapore, Hong Kong, and China
• Lead internal audit activities, IT security compliance projects/activities
• Lead staff information security awareness training, phishing campaigns
• Lead incident response to security and data breach incidents and cyber security incident response exercises
• Formulation, review, and update of information security-related company policies
• Support the business team in responding to customer’s questionnaires and RFP, for IT security area.
• Manage security of IT systems, review of security logs, reporting IT systems security posture
• Lead IT security/compliance projects and operations, work with IT Infra Manager and IT infra team (e.g. annual penetration testing by external vendor)
• Formulating security checklists/guidelines for BIPO products and servers.
• Performs other duties as assigned related to information security/compliance.

Skills And Experience We Value

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent field of study
• Experienced in all or most of these: ISO 27001 implementation and/or maintenance, information security audit, security incident response, leading cyber security tabletop exercise, IT security policies, endpoint security, vulnerability scans/management, attack surface management, third-party risk management, SIEM, data loss prevention, managing security baselines for servers and endpoints, user security awareness training, penetration testing coordination with external vendor. Experience in cloud computing and Microsoft Azure AD/Office 365 security advantageous.
• Background in IT operations advantageous (e.g., server administration, network/system security, disaster recovery, system high availability, backup operations, system monitoring, storage administration, change management, patch management).
• Strong English writing skills, effective communication skills in business environment in Chinese and English.
• Good project management skills, problem-solving skills, and documentation skills.
• Responsible, resourceful, result oriented.
• Able to respond to critical security alerts and be contactable for urgent issues outside office hours.
• Professional certifications in information security/IT internal audit advantageous.
• Strong command of the Chinese language is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Requirement

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information systems, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Cyber Security.
• Direct Information Security experience in a security engineer, consultant or a similar role, preferably with incident management experience in a SOC environment.
• Skills in Cyber security: Cyber kill chain, TTP, threat intelligence, malware triage.
• Knowledge in Internet infrastructure, networking technology and network security

Responsibilities

• Analyzing cybersecurity events, improving threat detection capabilities and procedures
• Correlate with SIEM and other sources of information and conduct investigative works into all traffic anomalies against established, historical baselines to identify the root cause to an incident.
• To monitor and analyze real-time security investigations to initiate triage, containment and remediation of security threats and other malicious activity, and escalate issues as needed.
• Digital forensics to analyze security tool events/alerts, while maintaining proper evidence-handling best-practices during an incident.
• Provide of reporting and metrics around security monitoring by designing dashboards for asset owners and management consumption.
• Responsible for continuous monitoring, tracking and closure of security events and requests from managed SOC, systems and users.

Job Overview

• Perform Analytical Plan, Coordinate and Implement all change requests on existing network equipment.
• Provide technical support, propose solutions and project related queries for all Wired, Wireless network.
• Maintain records of system details (e.g. configuration, changes, problems, disaster recovery document) for network equipment.
• Manage enterprise firewalls from brands like Fortinet and Palo Alto
• Manage a wide variety of networking brands such as, Extreme Networks, Aruba and Juniper

Job Descriptions:

• Gather business and/or application requirements on the infrastructure to plan, design, install, test & implement systems in accordance with the specifications & service level.
• Aligned or enhanced ITSM/ITIL methodologies in daily operations e.g. Change, Incident, problem, release management & CMDB.
• Monitor & measure the performance & availability of systems proactively; implement corrective actions identified to improve performance & service level availability.
• Respond promptly to incident, root cause analysis & provide temporary and/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
• Implement service continuity measures, i.e., backup/restore procedures & disaster recovery plan, to ensure continuous operation of the business.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.
• Assist in preparation of proposals and solution presentations.
• Attain key certifications for partnership with key vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related fields
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in Checkpoint Firewall, Network (Routing and Switching), Firewall Administration and Operations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders preferred
• Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• A team player with a pleasant personality
