Duties:

1. Work in Commercial Building environment; dealing with mainly public and clients.

2. Good customer service skills; able to communicate well.

3. Job duties include access control, issue visitors pass, answer general enquiries, protecting clients’ premise, clocking/patrolling etc.

4. Permanent Day Shift. No need to rotate.

You may choose to work 5-day week, 5656 (alternate 5-day, 6-day) or 6-day week. Salary shall be pro-rated accordingly.

5. For relief, you can choose to work any numbers of day in a week (1 to 3 shifts per week). We have flexible work schedules. Each shift is 12-hours.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Protects system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.

• Safeguards information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems.

• Recognizes problems by identifying abnormalities; reporting violations.

• Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.

• Consolidate root cause analysis of past pentest results.

• Upgrades system by implementing and maintaining security controls.

• Require periodic after-hours/weekend support.

• Any other duties assigned by the Team Lead/Solution Architect.

Requirements

• 3 years experience in AWS Cloud Security, Security Hub, Guard Duty, Inspector, etc.

• Strong understanding of SSDLC and security frameworks.

• Knowledge in OWASP Security Standards.

• In-depth knowledge of architecture, engineering, and operations of at least one enterprise IDS/IPS/SIEM platform.

• Hands on experience with vulnerability scanning and pentesting tools.

• Hands-on experience analyzing high volumes of logs, network data (e.g. Netflow, FPC), and other attack artifacts in support of incident investigations.

• Experience with identity and access management architectures and solutions including AD, RBAC, SSO, identity lifecycle management.

• Experience in IAM, secrets management, encryption technologies, SaaS services hardening, Kubernetes and container security

• Experience with Linux administration, shell scripting, and open-source security tools.

• Knowledge of security best practices in hardening and protecting cloud environments, networks, servers, endpoints, applications, and databases.

• Certifications in OSCP / CISSP / SANS / Other relevant security certifications.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, team player and independent worker.

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment and deliver under pressure.

• AWS certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Create, execute, and maintain security architecture, guidelines, and processes in accordance with information security rules and best practices in the industry.
• Developing investment roadmap for security tools and ensure that security measures are integrated into the organization's infrastructure.
• Assess and analyze the security maturity of third-party vendors and partners to ensure compliance with the organization's ISO27001-based security standards.
• Determine and manage the security monitoring tools like EDR, NDR, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, and others to detect and analyze security risks and threats.
• Manage the security incident investigations by examining logs, identifying security issues and providing solutions.
• Monitoring suspicious networks, application, and user behavior.
• Conducting investigations, acquiring evidence, and analyzing data.
• Perform and prepare security log/access reviews.
• Inform stakeholders and executive leadership on security requirements and recommendations.
• Performing cybersecurity solutions in IT and operational contexts.
• Knowledge of data classification and loss prevention tools.

Requirements:

• With 5-8 years of experience in Security Professional Skills/Accreditation.
• Good knowledge of common security frameworks.
• Prior experience with Native Security Solutions and Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Prior experience with Incident Response in relation to cyber events.
• With experience of DevSecOps transformation is an advantage.

What you will be working on

The jobholder is to keep the Board’s computer information systems secure, develop security programs and implement them across the Board and most importantly to build a resilient and safe cyber environment for the Board.

We are seeking for interested candidates who wish to pursue a career in Cybersecurity Governance and Assurance to join our dynamic team and contribute to the robust security posture of the Board in the following areas:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

What we are looking for

• Minimally 4 years of relevant information security work experience
• Relevant information security work experience
• Good knowledge of information security concepts and technologies (risk assessment, legal and regulatory requirements, threats, vulnerabilities)
• Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and frameworks e.g., National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), ISO 27001, Government’s Instruction Manuals, Center for Internet Security (CIS), Cyber Security Agency of Singapore’s Cybersecurity Act, Codes of Practice
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management, risk assessment methodologies and security assessment tools such as exposure management and security validation, External Attack Surface Management (EASM)
