Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 5 years' of experience in related field and capacity
• Prior experience working in a Security Operations Centre (SOC) or Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT/CIRT).
• Possessed deep interest in open source research and critical thinking / contextual analysis abilities
• Investigative and analytical problem solving skills
• An understanding of the current vulnerabilities, response, and mitigation strategies used in cyber security;
• Related professional cyber security certification, such as GCIA, CEH, will be preferred.
• Experience with intelligence analysis processes, including Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and closed source intelligence gathering, source verification, data fusion, link analysis, and threat actor.
• Ability to research and characterize security threats to include identification and classification of threat indicators

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new custom parsers for parsing and field extraction of new log source types, including testing and finetuning
• Research, evaluate and identify the most appropriate mechanism for efficient parser development
• Modify and enhance existing parsers to adopt to log variants
• Document the newly created or modified parsers
• Work with engineering team to deploy and test the new or modified parsers
• Update development progress and issues to team lead
• Provide inputs to Delivery Managers on log format changes required to reuse existing parsers

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in log management, log onboarding to SIEM, connector development, scripting and/or data engineering
• Certified as Splunk Core Power User or higher
• Experienced in Splunk Processing Language and Regex
• Good working knowledge of cloud environment (AWS and/or Azure)
• Please note that this role will be 8 months direct contract.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Engage clients to identify requirements relating to cyber security solutions such as Database Security, Application and Cloud Native Security
• Conduct Solutions Presentations and Perform Proof of Concept (POC) / Proof of Value (POV) for clients to ensure the solution meets their requirements
• Respond to RFP, ITQ, RFQ, generate proposals, scope, and size technical solutions for clients
• Conduct project deployments and provide consultation to clients as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Create technical documentation for the solution deployment
• Perform knowledge transfers / trainings to clients through technical enablement
• Provide post-project support services for corrective and preventive maintenance when necessary

Requirements

What you will do:

As an Endpoint Privilege Solution Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in the success of CyberArk’s endpoint security business. This is a sales overlay role and you will be the Subject Matter Expert supporting the field sales team that are engaged with CyberArk’s Enterprise Customers and Partners to guide, strategize, share best practices and compete against competition with the ultimate aim of winning deals.

A key function of this role is establishing a highly collaborative working relationship with the CyberArk sales teams in your assigned region for pursuing Endpoint Privilege related business opportunities for CyberArk. This role will be the advocate of our Endpoint Privilege solution working closely with the all the functional teams, Product Management team and sales teams to formulate and execute go to market strategy, as well as identify areas of improvement with the aim of increasing CyberArk’s endpoint security brand awareness and market share.

Therefore, this person must have a good understanding of the current endpoint security market landscape across the region, competition and their modus operandi, as well as ability to identify area of focus to drive and achieve maximum returns on investments.

• You will establish and maintain customer relationships at the executive, business decision maker level including but not limited to CISO, CIO, and other executives responsible for endpoint security.
• You will develop & present compelling business cases to customers, maintain expert-level knowledge of all elements of the business case, including the drivers of cost, benefits, and risk.
• You will partner closely with Account Managers, Solutions Engineers and Professional Services to align the technology architecture to the customer's desired business outcomes
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure successful product adoption and realization of the full value of Customer’s technology investment.
• Work with Advisory Firms, Channel Partners, Resellers and Systems Integrators to penetrate new accounts and extend reach of CyberArk’s endpoint security solution in the assigned geography.

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years sales or consultancy experience in the endpoint security market.
• A demonstrated history of software sales consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quota.
• A demonstrated history of successful collaboration as part of a sales/account team in a strategic selling capacity.
• In-depth knowledge on endpoint security best practices and associated terminology and technology employed by large enterprises.
• In-depth knowledge of endpoint security vendors and products. Must be able to compare and differentiate with CyberArk solutions. An emphasis on endpoint security vendors and technologies in use across large enterprises for both on-premises and cloud is preferred.

Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for delivering information security projects that are related to Advanced Analytics (AA), such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), Threat Intelligence Management and Vulnerability Management, including the execution of all project implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-sales engagement for projects relating to AA

About the Role

This position is responsible for to providing consultation, professional advice, awareness/training on information security and key technology risk matters relating to the abovementioned geographical responsibilities, thereby contributing to building a strong information security risk culture cantered on people, processes and technology. The role will also coordinate regular governance engagements and being involved in technology-related audit engagements for AIA Singapore, and exercise professional judgment and assessments on the material to be provided by the various process and control owners for the audits.

What you will do:

Information Security & Technology Risk Metrics

• Support the alignment of various information security and technology risk metrics for management reporting and escalation – this includes reporting/escalation of outstanding or overdue action required from penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, security incidents, policy/standards deviations, third party security assessments, etc.
• Drive the monthly Technology Security Governance forum focusing on highlighting metrics impacting the Company’s cybersecurity metrics.
• Collate and review collated metrics and material relating to the Operational Risk Management forums, Key Risk Indicators and Key Risk Tolerance Indicators for cybersecurity and technology processes.

Risk Assessments, Audit and Regulatory Management

• Support Technology related audit engagements with statutory auditor and regulator, following up with relevant parties to ensure all issues identified are remediated.
• Support the delivery of annual IT risk and control self-assessment exercises according to MAS regulatory notices/guidelines, internal enterprise IT policies, and standards.

Policy, Standards and Exception Management

• Communicate material changes to internal policies/standards to collaborators. Facilitate risk evaluations and exception handling to deviations from the policies, standards and regulatory requirements.

What you should have:

• University degree in one of the following or related disciplines (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Information Systems).
• 5 years or more of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years of experience in IT audit, risk management, compliance and/or governance roles, with particular expertise and knowledge of governance reporting of technology risk issues and cybersecurity.
• Rich working experience from financial industry, big tech firms or established auditing firms will be considered favorably.
• Experience and exposure in information security standards such as ISO27001 and PCIDSS will be an advantage.
• Preferably a holder of one or more of the following information security and audit qualifications: Security+ and CEH.
• Candidates with advanced level qualifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CCSP will have added advantage.
