We are seeking a skilled professional to join the Group IT Office as Security Engineer. The successful candidate will oversee daily operational activities related to various security tools and systems, ensuring adherence to an optimal security policy framework that aligns with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for security technology operations, maintaining and supporting all relevant security systems and tools.

Required Qualifications

• Strong skills in managing stakeholder expectations across business, technical, and operational teams.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership in various security domains to effectively resolve issues.
• Solid understanding of general technology concepts including servers, endpoints, databases, networking, applications, middleware, and cloud environments.

Education & Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computing Engineering or a related field is required.
• At least 7 years of experience across several security domains such as endpoint protection, data loss prevention, email security, network security, vulnerability scanning, encryption, and key management is preferred.
• Experience within large organizations with regional exposure is desirable; prior experience in the financial services sector is an advantage.
• Relevant information security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CompTIA Security+, CISA, CRISC) are beneficial.

• Work collaboratively with other engineers to automate software test cases within a maintainable test automation environment
• Work with software developers, scientists, and domain experts in understanding requirements of the software and translating to test cases and automated test scripts
• Understanding of OWASP Top 10 Web Application Vulnerabilities.
• Proficient with Linux shell, PowerShell, Perl and/or Python
• Coding experience with one or more of the following: .Net, Java, Perl, JavaScript
• Experience with software security tools like nMap, Wireshark, Kali Linux, OpenVAS
• Effective communicator delivering key messages to team stakeholders, and business partners using informative clear verbal and written communications
• Experience with a medical device manufacturer or other relevant Regulated industry highly preferable

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or similar and relevant work experience
• Professional qualifications highly preferred. Example: CISSP, CISM, CSSLP, or OSCP.

1) Process Support:

- Keep up to date with latest procedures, forms and templates

- Assist to raise requests, complete forms, obtain approvals, etc. as required by process

- Track timeline and actions according to plan

- Coordinate and follow up to meet timelines

- Organize and file documents

2) Department Asset Inventory Management:

- Document purchases

- Regularly report expiries in advance and expenses against budget

3) Department Budget Record:

- Populate budget items

- Document submitted and approved budget

- Document allocation method and allocation

4) Department Initiative/Program/Project Tracking:

- Document all initiatives, programs, projects

- Record status in regular department meetings

5) Department Visitor Management:

- Manage access and refreshment if required

- Receive and bring visitors to meeting area

6) Department Communication Management:

- Regularly check department mailboxes, emails, tickets to ensure timely response

- Coordinate and schedule department meetings

- Manage and distribute Work From Home/Office schedule

7) Department Reporting:

- Assist in compiling committee and board reports

We are seeking a highly experienced Information Security Technical Program Manager to lead our ISO 27001:2022 certification initiative. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the certification process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards.

5+ years of experience in Project Management, with 3+ years directly managing ISO 27001 certification or similar standards;

Strong knowledge of ISO 27001:2022 standards and requirements;

Experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including timelines and milestones;

Experience in managing ISO 27001-related risks and conducting internal/external audits;

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams (Technology, Compliance, Legal, HR, Operations) and external auditors;

ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification is highly preferred;

PMP, CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications are a plus;

• Lead the ISO 27001:2022 certification program from start to finish, developing project plans and tracking milestones to ensure alignment with organizational goals;
• Oversee the creation, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and documentation for ISO 27001 compliance;
• Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, Legal, HR, and other teams, acting as the primary contact for external auditors;
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards;
• Drive initiatives to enhance the organization’s security posture and stay updated on ISO 27001 changes;
