Job Description

Payroll Processing & Administration

• Liaise and work closely with payroll vendor to ensure the monthly payroll computations and ad-hoc payroll computations for new joiners and terminations are accurate and in compliance with Singapore labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy of payroll data by verifying data against supporting documents.

Overview

OVERVIEW & IMPACT:
Samsung Display is a global leader in Display technology. The Senior Field Application Engineer for Display team will be main contact window with our Key and Major Customers. The incumbent Work closely with customers and HQ team for problem solving, as well as to provide technical support to the customers during product development stage and analyze failure for design-in/sustaining product. To understand how to validate and analyze failure of monitor, laptop product and able to liaise with respective stakeholders

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To provide front-line support to customers

Gathering technical requirements / spec from our customers.

Explain and provide details of technical issues to HQ Application team.

Regular visit to develop and enhance relationship with customer.

Assisting customers during qualification and ensure timely development schedule until MP.

Provide pre-sales support and technical presentations regarding product strategy and roadmaps, features, industry technology and competitive positioning.

Collect customer feedback and provide input to Marketing for design requirements, product enhancements, new product opportunities relating to the xdevelopment.

Provide demo & explanation on new products to customers.

Perform or carry out test for display product qualification

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:

• BS degree or MSC in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Field experience or hands-on practice or knowledge of multi-disciplinary system design and development (systems such as electrical, electronics, computerized, mechanical and / or combination of these)
• Field experience of FAE in monitor display industry.
• Strong Ability to speak and write in Korean Fluently
• Understand Display related ecosystem in ASEAN and India region

The primary role is to plan and execute events for clients based in Singapore or global markets. You will play a crucial role in leading the team in planning and execution of events which require transport logistics.

Job scope:

· Plan, execute and manage various events around clients’ global transport requirements.

· Engage in client servicing work and customer support from acquisition, onboarding, active

customer support and on-site execution.

· Take charge of project coordination for events.

· Provide advice and suggestions, manage event manifest and planning for any upcoming

events.

· Hiring of ad-hoc assistance if required.

· Take initiative and versatile with the type of events covered.

Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in Event, Business Management or similar.

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in the same field.

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.

· Fluent in both written and spoken English. Basic Mandarin speaking.

· Motivated individual who is independent with a positive working attitude.

· Meticulous to detail and understanding client requirements.

· Flexible with working hours for event period

· Possess good leadership skills
