The role

Rystad Energy is recruiting for an Event Marketing Manager based in Kuala Lumpur or Jakarta. The Senior Director, Head of Client Services (CS) – SMT Cluster, Global Clients & and Global/Regional Acquirers is a senior leadership role, reporting to the SVP, Head of AP Client Services, and will lead the team responsible for managing the post-sales and operational relationships of clients by overseeing onboarding and implementation processes, maximizing adoption of deployed products, driving Client Success outcomes, and optimizing client performance across the SMT markets, Global Clients and Global/Regional Acquirers.

The Senior Director is expected to provide strategic, functional, and technical leadership for all the operational activities for applicable clients, including the cross functional delivery of systems and services. They will define and deploy client service strategies across the different client types including proactive Client Success planning. Responsibilities

1. Top line co-management of Procurement revenue Asia

• Functionally co-manage Asia procurement revenues.
• Co-responsible of the consolidation, management of the operational process and performance reporting of the 3 regional HUBs (MEA, Pacific and Asia) of the MEA APAC region.
• Co-responsible for managing, centralizing and monitoring the revenue of procurement department for multiple countries of the Asia region and profit centre. Act as an internal consultant and business partner to build, implement and animate transverse processes.
• Manage revenues declaration (from suppliers) and lead invoicing process to ensure the exhaustivity of turnover in coordination with procurement category managers and corporate finance.

What’s it all about?

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager for the APAC region is a newly created role to help us define, execute, measure and refine a compelling top of the funnel revenue strategy for Visa Cross-Border Solutions, inclusive of Currencycloud brand. You will lead a team of 3 Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) responsible for filling the pipeline with qualified leads that turn into revenue. You will be an inspirational leader who can drive results, but also adept at building a demand generation strategy that is presentable to a senior audience. Reporting to the Director of Sales Development, you will hold responsibility for the demand generation strategy and top of the funnel reporting for APAC.

• Penetrate customers' organization structure at all levels, developing relationships beyond the main point of contact at all locations.
• Focus on product & GEO diversification by owning, being accountable for, and management of your sales pipeline to ensure you deliver revenue growth for Expeditors.
• Improve your personal knowledge of your customers' supply chain and industry, their financial objectives, and general business goals in order to continually offer value add services. Create a network diagram to support you on this endeavor.
• Initiate value add solutions based on Expeditors service offerings and technology.
• Establish systems requirements (such as EDI) to better improve our customer connectivity and overall customer service.
• Ensure global visibility and collaboration across Expeditors network (strategic updates, KPI's, service deliverables and initiatives).
• Follow our established bid process and engage key stakeholders so they are aware of, and actively supporting your efforts.
• Create and deliver effective customer business reviews with emphasis placed on how Expeditors can support customers with achieving their goals and initiatives.
• Establish and monitor performance standards according to agreed KPI's.
• Ensure customer expectations are clearly documented (through SharePoint or Customer SOP) and communicated effectively.
• Highlight and escalate customers at risk.
• Ensure yields are managed and in line with company expectations with regular review either in SAS (CAM-GAM accounts), or through BI portal (LAM accounts).
• Ensure rates are kept up to date and communicated effectively to operations and customer either through customer SOP or SharePoint.
• Ensure customer is properly set up in CRM & customer account according to CHQ expectations.
• Document all meetings, opportunities and any other customer related information in CRM; and ensure data is accurate and consistent at all times.
• Achieve and maintain acceptable scoring of related AM measurements including the engagement of corrective measures when applicable.
• Travel when necessary.
