Job description

• Assist RM to prepare credit proposals for clients (ranging from large corporates to mid-size listed entities) inclusive of performing financial spreads, financial analysis and credit risk assessment

Operation:

• Led a team of Senior / Foodcourt Manager in achieving sales targets and overall performance of outlets.

• Provide guidance to Senior / Foodcourt Manager and F&B Supervisor to maintain smooth daily operations of the Foodcourts and Coffeeshops.

• Ability to lead and set directions as well as provide guidelines to the operation team according to company SOPs and operational workflows.

• Maintain good working relationships with landlords, relevant authorities/ agencies, and stall tenants.
