The Assistant R&R Manager, Mandala Club is responsible for the daily operation of the reception team across all floors. A primary focus of this role is to ensure excellent communication between the Reception and the Floor team to maximise seating capacity and to drive the departments’ performance to deliver an egalitarian world-class service in line with M. KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES

● Runs daily service and is present at the daily briefing to represent the Reception Team.

● Work with the Mgm Team to maximise revenue by increasing floor capacity and improving seating turn during operation.

● Train the team on reservations management, phone etiquette, seating etiquette.

● Proactively responds to guests' feedback

● Submit weekly reports on:

○ Covers Trends and Seating Pace Flow

● Oversee the management of reception email inbox to ensure all enquiries are handled in a timely manner

● Monitors, guides, and trains the reception personnel to meet guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure

● Is in charge of team rosters and leave management

● Supports the HR Function through the recruitment and the hiring process

● Reviews all bookings with the duty manager to ensure tables/VIP areas allocations and special requests are all executed

● Executes daily reception briefing and allocations of the team to ensure greeting/seating/departure of the guests is up to standards

● Runs regular training sessions to ensure the cycle of service and all sops’ are executed in line with Mandala Club expectations

● Inspects all VIP AREAS regularly and communicate with the duty manager any required follow-ups

● Greet VIP guests personally

● Handle guest complaints and refer them as necessary, follow up on corrective action

● Overall responsible for ensuring and maintaining all reception areas running smoothly and efficiently

● Implements Quarterly Appraisals of the team as per company’s standards

● Drive floor plan implementation for large scale events

● Liaise with the S&E manager to ensure the reservation team and the events team collaborate to deliver successful events.

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for the operational cash and banking support for the region alongside the regional Treasury Director and the Group Treasury team.

The Treasury Manager is responsible for supporting the regional Treasury Director in managing the treasury related activities of the region, including liquidity monitoring, cash pooling, bank accounts management and other miscellaneous treasury related activities and projects relating to the MEA APAC region. Additionally, the role will assist in managing bank relations and work closely with the Finance leadership team for reporting and operations support for the region. Primary Responsibilities:

1. Communication, Adherence and Business Improvement

· Manage queries from business units, banks and other financial institutions.

· Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements within the banking and liquidity management activities.

· Ensure subsidiaries understand and adhere to the Group’s Treasury Policies.

· Ensure subsidiaries have an optimal capital structure and are appropriately funded whilst taking into consideration tax and regulatory constraints.

· Assist in ensuring that entities are banking with partner banks and look to rationalize accounts within the Group by monitoring utilization and recommending action plans.

2. Liquidity, Bank and Cash Management

· Ensure bank mandates and signatories are updated and aligned with Group policies.

· Monitor and oversee the liquidity positions and administration of cash pooling activities for entities in the region.

· Monitor balances and recommend action plans for surplus liquidity, including in countries where cash is generally trapped.

· Assist to administer Citi’s T&E card programs for the region.

· Assist on treasury projects for the region / country, including Transformation.

· Assist in the monitoring the execution of the Group’s dividend distribution policy ensuring entities have an optimal capital structure and support centralization of cash to Accor SA.

3. Administration and Reports

· Maintain and update of Guarantees listing for the region.

· Ensure appropriate documentations, processes are put in place and comply with group policies.

· Preparation of credit management reports to Management.

· Attend briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.

· Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, in Accounting and/ or Finance related fields

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) equivalent qualifications will be advantageous
