Skills required for this role: 3D Studio Max, V-ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and / or Sketchup

Job Description:

• Research, analyse, conceptualize and design in 3D for different types of clients based on various project specifications.
• Conceptualize and implement set and spatial design for events and exhibition production in the luxury, lifestyle and FMCG sectors
• Accurately interpret project brief requirements, understand visual communication objectives and interpret the ideas into photorealistic 3D rendering with good lighting effect (and animation if possible).
• Able to produce detailed layout plans and technical drawings in AutoCAD or similar software.
• Create concepts and designs that fit within available project budgets.
• Site surveys, analyze and take measurements for detailed drawing.
• Liaise with production vendors for both construction and print.
• Work closely with our account servicing team and production team in ensuring the design is aligned with the client’s requirements from conceptualization to production.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree qualification in exhibitions and interior design or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years experiences in lifestyle, luxury and fashion events or experiential exhibition design
• Very competent in using and creating modelling from layout plans and sketches, knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering technique
• Creative, imaginative and enjoys being challenged to produce high quality scenography and design concepts for events and branded exhibitions
• Able to interpret brand guidelines and create 3D designs that reflect the brand requirements
• Well-versed with 3D Studio Max, V-ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and / or Sketchup
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Strong design background with a clear and proven understanding of spatial design, illustration design and layout
• Strong AutoCAD skills for technical drawings
• Interest in luxury, fashion or FMCGs industries preferred, &
• Ability to time manage and work on multiple projects at the same time.

Job Summary:

The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager plans, develops and implements development and training programs for corporate employees. The manager also oversees the designing and developing of WSQ and non-WSQ courseware, managing relationship with client stakeholders and associates, reviewing and updating existing courseware to ensure currency and relevancy to latest industry trends.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the L&D unit’s revenue and P&L.

· Directs the corporate client needs assessment for training and development to enhance the effectiveness of employee job performance.

· Lead the design and development of Course Proposals, Learner Guide, Lesson Plan, Facilitator Guide, Assessment Plan, Cross-Reference Matrix, PowerPoint Slides and Virtual delivery Guide based on SSG Skills Framework.

· Review, update and manage all training products and its contents.

· Collaborate with content partners, trainers and SMEs on curriculum review and enhancement.

· Conduct TTT for new and revised products to brief internal and external stakeholders.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their unique challenges, and tailoring training solutions to meet their specific requirements.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and industry events.

· Collaborate with the consulting and training teams to develop compelling and customized proposals, responding to RFPs, and delivering persuasive presentations to potential clients.

· Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms while aligning with company objectives and client expectations.

• To direct, monitor and supervise the day-to-day activities of all sections within the Front Office and other services rendered by other operational departments of the Hotel.
• To ensure guests are attended to with promptness, courtesy and efficiency and that guest complaints are handled with tact and diplomacy. To assist in checking in / out of guests.
• To assist to inspect rooms assigned to VIPs before their arrival and ensure that the complimentary amenities are provided in the VIP’s room.
• To monitor room inventory closely to maximize revenue and occupancy from group allotments.
